It looks like we have more support to the IMDB rumour about the identity of The Maker in the upcoming Transformers: The Last Knight movie - out this June with Paramount Pictures - thanks to the voice actor profile of Gemma Chan at SueTerryVoices.com. According to the agency, Chan is indeed involved in the fifth Michael Bay film, and does lend her talents to a character with a very familiar name - after a fashion.

Check out more about this just a couple of lines below, as we attempt to avoid spoilers on the front page!

Fellow Seibertronian Autobot N has found some probable spoilers for the next wave of deluxes as part of Titans Return. The owner of Canadian collectibles site Canucktables, Hoffman, has heard from his distributor of the next wave of figures. Now please remember that distributers are not Hasbro and do not know all the facts so there can always be something lost in the translation (like when a distributer said there would be an MP Tank Megatron after misinterpreting the image of Legends Tank Megatron shaking MP 10's hand). Here are Hoffman's quote below for you to interpret as you wish:
Hoffman wrote:I run a toy store an TFs are a small part of what we sell. This info came from a solicitation from a distributor. I was told the info was ok to share, however with how strict Hasbro has been with their solicitations, I'm still wary about how much info I should divulge.

Hoffman wrote:I have no idea if this info came out and got buried in speculation threads or something, but I have some info on the next wave of TR Deluxes.

The new figures in this wave are Misfire, Twintwist, and Windblade. All retools.

The other figure listed in the assortment is Wolfwire. No packout details.

Hoffman wrote:Misfire - Triggerhappy
Twintwist - Topspin
Windblade - Highbrow

Wolfwire being rereleased makes sense since he is the only figure from the first 2 waves to not be rereleased yet. Let us know what you think! We will see it this is all true next week at Toy Fair 2016!

In any case, for those keeping track, this is how Wave 5 is shaping up to be:

So this is Wave 5 then and what they will show us at Toyfair:

Titan Master

C2389 Optimus Prime
C2390 Toraizer
C2391 Ramhorn

Legends

C2398 Cosmos
C2399 Seaspray

Deluxe

Misfire
Topsin
Windblade

Voyager

C2396 Octane
C2397 Blitzwing

Leader

C2388 Overlord

Forewarning, all of the following is a potential spoiler, but is to be treated at this moment as a rumor with several grains of salt.

We have big news for you today in regard to The Last Knight in the form of a rumored list from IMDB (hence the grains of salt) of actors and voice actors set to appear in the new film. Big news, folks! Thanks to Facebook user Dallas Mace, we have a potential leak of an upcoming Titans Return deluxe figure: Shockwave! Now, this is still just a rumor, but as some Peg Tags at a North Carolina Walmart have revealed, we have a more than slight indication that a Deluxe Shockwave is in our future. Check out the provided photographic evidence!

UPDATE: Fellow Seibertronian jamesbenjamin points out that the barcode seen on the tag corresponds to that of Fall of Cybertron deluxe Shockwave from years ago, as seen below.

We'd suggest diving into your bag of salt once more, and just consider this a misnamed placeholder for a new deluxe figure from the Titans Return line, though not the purple Decepticon commander after all.

This might seem a little *ahem* illogical, however, seeing as he just got a legend-class toy in the Combiner Wars toyline, but hey, at one time during CW we had two different sized versions of Skywarp on the shelves at the same time, so anything can happen!

Via a number of notifications from fellow Seibetronians, we have two new pieces of news rolled in one regarding Michael Bay and his latest project with Paramount - Transformers: The Last Knight. According to the director himself, the new trailer, the one that will air during the Super Bowl, will make its appearance at 6 am (speculating Central Time, but we may not be correct on that), and then again after it airs at the event, with an extended chunk of material.

The rumouriest rumour this Sunday comes via entertainment website Deadline, reporting that Paramount has bought a Super Bowl (taking place on February 5th) ad space for 30 seconds. In previous years, the Transformers live-action movies have received attention in those very same spots - but now that we already have a teaser trailer and a number of TV ads, will there be enough interest to show more during the event? Let us know what you think in the Energon Pub!

Paramount will advertise (we think it will be Baywatch, although it could go with Transformers: The Last Knight). Universal also has committed to at least one spot during the game, with Sony in the pre-game show.

A fellow Transformers fan has notified us that, in the comments on the Planet Iacon Facebook page, there are some further potential reveals from the The Last Knight toyline, in terms of deluxe and probably Legend class figures. Thanks to Vietnamese photographers, we have a shot of the box for Barricade from earlier today, also a Premier Edition, and very similar to Voyagers; we have a new Bumblebee, very close to his Age of Extinction design and possibly a Legend or VERY simplified deluxe; we also have - supposedly - Berserker, a new mold that borrows heavily from Dread Crankcase from Dark of the Moon. Check them out below, and let us know what you think in the Energon Pub!

Though Hasbro is not participating, as we knew, at Toy Fair UK 2017, there is a new article about the company and its franchises in the latest issue of Licensing Magazine (which you can view in full here). What we find inside are a number of licensed products for My Little Pony, Nerf and obviously Transformers for the upcoming year, from schoolwear to stationery, to easter eggs and books - but of particular interest is a new Panini-released bi-monthly comic featuring a new scenario not far from what we've heard about the next season of Robots in Disguise. Some speculation, however, might point towards a The Last Knight setting too, given that we are in a movie year again, and it would be odd not to have that publicity tie-in. So, some potential spoilers in the article below, and a short transcript beneath it!

A fellow Transformers fan and user of fellow fansite TFW2005 (Prime135s) has done some more digging in the Toys'R'Us system on those placeholder listings for The Last Knight toyline, as first seen here. We have some interesting additions to make, along with visual confirmation, about the Mars and Jupiter listings, with some decent enough guesswork for Saturn too - all under the Masterpiece monicker - resulting in Bumblebee, Optimus Prime and probably Barricade, or some form of car in the same price range of $79.99 as Bumblebee, anyway. Optimus/Jupiter is shown as $99.99.

The rest of the listings show the name of Power Cube Figures ($14.99), along with a Starter Pack called All Spark ($39.99). Plus, we get a potentially dinotastic box set, with 5 currently still unnamed figures plus Slug - and it's a combiner pack, to boot, for $34.99. Will we be seeing a Dinobot combiner with the return of the team since Age of Extinction? Lastly, we have mention of a Planet Cybertron figure, in two size classes and price points, $149.99 and $39.99 (deluxe). Deluxes are priced at $19.99, and Legion 2-packs at $15.99. Check out the images below, and let us know what you think in the Energon Pub!

Via some internet magicks, and some further digging on online retailer Amazon, the Canada version, we have what appears to be the full list of upcoming figures from the Transformers: The Last Knight movie, due in theaters in Summer 2017. Much like for Age of Extinction, they're all given a nickname (moving away from Rocky and into astronomy), no images, no pricepoint, but a general description and the classes - as you can see in the breakdown below (Legion, Deluxe, and Voyager). What do you think? Which character is which? Does this get some sort of interest ready for the new toyline? Let us know in the Energon Pub!
