Seibertron.com member Fc203 has directed us to InDemandToy's Facebook page which has a post revealing two more future Walmart Vintage G1 Reissues – Gears and Warpath! They will be joining the upcoming Soundwave and the already released Optimus Prime reissues. Two minibots certainly don't make a case, though, so we will have to wait and see which other diminutive Autobots join them. We have mirrored the images below and the original post can be found here on InDemandToy's Facebook Page.
Are you getting excited for the next batch of reissues or has the pricing of the Optimus Prime reissue made you reconsider? Drop us a line below on the Energon Pub here at Seibertron.com!
Stop Motion videos featuring the latest Studio Series toys have been posted on Youtube by Bob Toy Reviews. In one of them, we get our best look yt at Deluxe Studio Series #40 Shatter. The video shows a range of the toys articulation and a shot comparing her alt-mode to Masterpiece Barricade as well, which as many of you will notice –is a fair bit smaller, so scale is difficult to fathom. Please note that it is mistrasformed at times. Also, there is another video where we can see both Scrap Metal and Rampage.
With the movie having only just made its debut in China - Amazon.com already have the pre-orders up for the Bumblebee movie in DVD,Blu-Ray, 4K and digital formats. The listing doesn't have a release date yet, but the Blu-Ray and DVD editions have a pre-order sale price with 26% off.
The Blu-Ray has already reached #13 on Amazon's best selling Blu-Ray charts, which is good news for anyone concerned about the potential future of the movie-franchise as rumored sequels are dependent on the movie doing well. Have you already placed your pre-order or will you be picking up at launch? Drop us a comment here on the Energon Pub at Seibertron.com!

Top 5 Best Cliffjumper toys
With Cliffjumper having a surprise appearance in the Bumblebee movie I figured we were due for a rundown of the best Cliffjumper toys in the past. What's funny about Cliff is that due to also turning into a small car and having a similar look to Bumblebee in robot mode (horn helmet), they usually share the same mold. It even happened in the Bumblebee film where his body was the same as Bumblebee's on Cybertron. Sometimes it works and it's awesome and sometimes he has a totally different mold and it's even more awesome. Since there have been great toys attributed to Cliffjumper in the past, some of these toys were already discussed in the past and thus certain entries will feel familiar.
I just love how cute it is. Transformers was doing super deformed before it was cool (granted, it all came from Japan, so it makes sense) and G1 Cliffjumper is a perfect example of that notion done right with an adorable Porshe. As someone who did not grow up with G1, I had assumed that Cliffjumper was always a similar mold to Bumblebee (since that is what he has become since) but with the G1 toy, we can see the individuality of the design, especially in the cute car mode. - William-James88
The 2007 Camaro Concept figure is actually a masterpiece in its own right. It also happens to be the only Movie Deluxe Cliffjumper we have up to now. Robot mode has a lot of articulation, and while it may feel like a caveman compared to the future incarnations of Bee, it is still a stand up figure. The Gun/Blade that Cliffjumper wields almost makes Mechtech look like its ancestor. The gaudy teal of the Allspark Battles looks far from tacky on Cliffjumper, instead highlighting some of his aesthetics and adding a bit more flare to his colour scheme.Bottom line, it's the movie-verse. There are explosions, big guns, and Decepticons flying everywhere as plot-armor Autobots blow them into pieces. And this is Cliffjumper. The bot who has got enough weaponry to make explosions and blow up plot-armor Decepticons to bits.

Would you believe that the best legion figure of all time happens to be of Cliffjumper? Well it is.
I think many Legion/Legends aficionados would agree that this mold takes the cake. A bitchin' muscle car alt mode, a mind blowing transformation, and the best articulated robot mode there is in this size class. The way the arms fold up into the hood, using the arms points of articulation is a stroke of micro-engineering genius. Then there are the feet. Not only do they have forward and back rocking motion, but the have ANKLE TILT! If this figure had hip and head swivel the world of Transformers might just implode on itself.

Classics Cliffjumper is both a great toy and an important Cliffjumper for me. He's important because of his role in one of my favorite Fictional Universes ever: Shattered Glass. It was the Classics Cliff that made it into the story, and served as a great character and source of entertainment for the duration of the story.
Now as for the toy, it is something special and unique to me. For one thing, that alt mode is very bouncy and fun, yet the no windows with actual seat backs and wave rider trailer make for a really cool look, like he intends to have some fun and take care of some business. The opening hood effect thanks to his transformation is neat, and he is a good looking hatchback, I like it. The transformation itself is very fun, standing him up yet pulling in some nice design cues, such as how the arms work and the chest flipping down from the rest of the hatchback. I also like how the seats become knee pads. Robot mode is fun, very sort of inflated in a good way. The red and silver are very nice, and even though he doesn't have a Cliffjumper only head design, it's still good and works for him. The waverider trailer is kinda lame, but still fun, and I enjoy the jetpack idea with him. I also enjoy rolling him around, since he does have those wheels in his heels. Classics gave us a great figure, and I will be keeping him into the foreseeable future. He is too much fun not to love.
That feeling of transforming this toy for the first time and seeing how all the parts came together is a feeling I only ever had since when dealing with Masterpiece toys. And this toy was a toy made for mass retail (he only cost some fans $5 in the States). You look at the image and wonder how the front of the awesome looking 70s Charger type vehicle could end up right under the windshield, considering how long the car's front it, and yet it comes together perfectly in that very last step. The other Prime Cliffjumper deluxe couldn't be bothers and just has a fake chest. But that is not all, as mentioned you have the sweet looking car mode with the bull horns in the front both referencing the bot mode head and the Brahma Bull himself who provided the voice. And the you have the brilliant gun hand transformation mimicking what we see on the show and you got yourself a true winner. Who would have thought of all characters, it would be Cliffjumper to be given such an amazing treatment in Prime with a new design (nothing resembling Bumblebee) and such a stellar toy. - William-James88
Honourable mentions: Animated Cliffjumper, I just find his mug so darn adorable!
This review allows us to get the best look at the toy yet, as well as its surprisingly complex transformation. We see the ion blaster included stores between his legs in truck mode to fill in the gap and hold it togethyer. The backpack in robot mode also has 5mm (probably) holes to store the blaster.
TonTon also includes comparisons with Studio Series Deluxe Class 18 Bumblebee, the other Studio Series Optimus Primes, and more!
China.Org has reported of a potential Beast Wars movie as well as the (still rumored) Optimus Prime movie. Bumblebee movie producer, Lorenzo di Bonaventura was also careful to state that the chances of subsequent movies are riding on the success of Bumblebee at the Box Office.
He also mentioned the animated movie was in its writing stage, though with other titles already riding on Bumblebee's success – being in the writing stage doesn't exactly guarantee even the animated movie's release, either.
China.org wrote:"We have an animated movie in the writing stage right now. We are trying to figure out an Optimus Prime movie, while the Beast Wars franchise has the chance, too."
However, the producer stressed this could only happen under one condition: "Bumblebee" must be a success.”
You can read the full report here, which also mulls over design choices for the Bumblebee movie and its more G1 centric aesthetic.
With the Bumblebee movie still being pushed at the cinema is it too early to be giving hints of Beast Wars and Optimus Prime to generate hype for more movies or is it a carrot to generate additional sales for the Bumblebee movie? If Beast Wars or Optimus Prime is going ahead – what are you hoping for? Share your thoughts on the Energon Pub right here on Seibertron.com!
Thanks to fellow Seibertron user, Sabrblade, we have discovered some new in-hand pictures of the forthcoming Transformers Studio Series #38 Voyager Class Transformers Bumblebee Optimus Prime figure! These come couresty of YouTuber TonTon Reviews, presumably as a preview of his next review.
For comparison, they have put this new entry into the Studio Series with MP-10 and Takara Tomy's Movie Advanced series "Classics Optimus Prime" (Evasion Mode Optimus Prime). This gives us a good look at the back of the figure in Alt mode.
Are you still wanting to get your hands on this version of Prime? Let us know in the Energon Pub and stay tuned to Seibertron for all the latest news and reviews.
As you can tell from the images it's just an ordinary brown box... But a brown box with symbols relating to the Power of the Primes line! You can see all the Prime symbols present and Cybertronian writing, which according to Sabrblade, when translated says: "Transformers".
Red Swoop is a redeco of Deluxe Class Swoop as released in wave 1 of the Power of the Primes line. He is fully compatible with all combiner torsos released during the Prime Wars lines. Entertainment Earth is the exclusive distributor for him and Ricohet (who is out the following April and who is a redeco of Power of the Primes deluxe Jazz)
What do you think of this? A nice box to keep other parts in? Let us know what you think in the Energon Pub and stay tuned to Seibertron for all the latest news and reviews.
