Turn off CR Costs

Any way to turn off the cost for those of us that have been caught in the fights with the Unknowns for the past few days?

Go to your registy and look by the alt-mode link and beside it there will be options,click it and there is what your looking for.
When I look back at the posts I made all those years ago, my grammar makes me want to hurl.
