The Gorgon (Marvel) vs Deathstroke (DC)

Tomi Shishido as The Gorgon from Wolverine: Enemy of the State.

Both have three days prep, and full knowledge of the others abilities.
Gorgon can't use his stone-gze, but Slade does'nt know that.

Fight takes place on a completely unmanned SHIELD Helicarrier (which is still flying, somehow). IT's a battle to the death.

Who wins?

TG crashes the helicarrier, killing both.

Wait, TG is impossible. Helicarriers are impossible. D is probably impossible since his super strength would break his bones and overtax his organs.
