Been a few weeks, got a bunch of new stuff, including 2 really important items that are nigh grail worthy.

First up, got muddy Mando. Actually found him in stores, that was a surprise



I got my Lady Loki, adding to the Loki-verse




Got Guard and Silverstreak, adding more Diaclone to the mix





I broke into Legacy with Arcee. she's been a pleasant surprise, even if I don't like the aesthetic at all.



After loving the botbots show, I got the rest of the main cast (Dimlit is in a moving tote)



Cyberverse cheetor continues to be fun



I've been doing a lot with Hot Rodimi lately
















Scorponok is really neat

got the Battle Force 5 1:24 Reverb in anticipation of the big ticket items...



I managed to secure the Battle Force 5 Fused Skyknife and Smashclaw! These 2 toys were all but cancelled, seeing extremely limited distribution in Latin america 10 years ago, but otherwise, abandoned. They have long been a grail item, and I finally have them. They are a hugely important haul.

Congrats on the new stuff. Have to say i never knew about the Hot Wheels Battle Force 5 toys. Pretty cool you where able to pick those up. Are you planning to buy anymore from that line?

I love my reissue Scorponok as well, just a neat figure all the way around. I never had the original one but sad to see him already being a shelf warmer in the stores. To each his own though!

Hey there my dude. I am well, hope you are doing well as well.

No real update to share yet no. Been tied up and have not really gotten to work on the basement much, and might not get to work on it again for at least a month. But I am hopeful that once work starts, it can move at a decently brisk pace.

Glad to hear your doing well D. I’m doing well myself, cant complain. Hopefully it wont be long before works starts and you can get back at it.

Oh I'm still around a lot, just not in this thread as much, mostly cause the collection is still packed away. Hoping to change that soon though

I've picked up a good variety of new stuff so far this week, with more on the way.

Having now experienced this mold for the first time, I can see what the designers were going for, and why it did not work out, but is it sad that I actually kinda like it?




More packages arrived, plus a surprise Dr Strange find in the fajita shell area of Walmart. Iron man is really awesome with the plasma cannon, that thing is HUGE! And the Kenobi Saber lives up to my hype, I love it. I am so happy with it.

That Iron man is giving me flashbacks to playing Marvel Super Heroes on Sega Saturn. Great haul there D-Max! See you're working your way back through RiD2015

Those are some really cool additions to your collection D! Glad that Light Saber turned out to be really good, you never know with something like that but i didn't think there was too many bad reviews on it, could be wrong!

With that version of Ratchet, he is different and that was the last one i needed to complete my shelf for that series/group. I already had Ironhide.

I don't collect anything from the Marvel side, but dang that Iron Man set is crazy and awesome looking.

Thanks! And yep, I am trying to fill out the gaps in characters, and i am almost complete!

The lightsaber is incredible, I am so glad that both sabers I would have wanted turned out great.

Ratchet is thankfully pretty available, I was very glad to get him.

I've gone a little deep into the Marvel hole, I need to pull out a little lol

More G2-y goodness has arrived. I am loving this line so much.




I also got my missiles for Roadblock, so my G2 Autorollers are complete!




And my G2 hauls of late together. Why is this so much fun?




And the King of G2

G2 had a lot of fun toys in, I had Deluge (I think that was his name) of the colour changers subline and Skram of the mini Autobot cars. Skram himself was one of my favourites come to think of it, wonder how much it would be to get him again. Sadly my old was loved to death...

Skram, Turbofire, Rapido, and windbreaker all appear to be somewhat easy to get (around $30 USD, which isn't horrible really).

I have a list of G2 I would love to get my hands on, both Euro and US G2. I like Jetstorm a lot, but would love to get the Euro Aquafend version of the mold.

Calcar and Laser Rod Fizzle are also high up on my list of wants.

Turbofire remains my favorite 2023 bot so far.

Congrats @D-Max on getting those Auto Rollers 100%. I love me some G2.

There are some nice G2 European Transformers. Ive been lucky to acquire 3 out of the 4 Stormtroopers and have all 4 of the Powermasters. But with any of them within this line, they are pricey depending on the line i.e. Trakkkons, Lightformers. Maybe once i get my G1 collection set, i might go after some of those.

Still, the G2 line is a fun line to go after.

I wonder if the line had been better received if it launched with the new stuff rather than the repaints I never did get the idea behind doing G1 again...but in crazy colours. Then again, I still can't believe Europe got G1.5

Thanks. The G2 Euro releases have a lot to love, I really want to go after some of those. Rage, Aquafend, Clench, and Calcar are the top 4 for me I'd like to get. Ironfist is up there too.

There is a lot of G2, I really want to get deeper.

Ironically, you saying that makes me realize that most of our G2 updates were the repaints, not the exclusive to G2 guys. Road Rocket and Leadfoot are some of the very few actual G2 guys to get new toys.

I want to see more.

I would love to have Clench and Pyro. I would say Ironfist is on that list too.

As far as other characters that are not repaints from the G2 line (US only), you do have the Small Jets, Cyber Jets, Color Changers, Rotor Force, and the Go-Bots (hot wheels). Not saying that some of those are the most exciting per say but they are unique and some are cool. Even with the European differences, some of those are pretty good too.

I've taken a liking to the Axelerators, and I really do want to go in on the Laser Rods and the Rotor Force.

I actually just secured a Skram for $15 on ebay thanks to an offer that was accepted, and he should be here thursday. I think I want to complete the Axelerators.

Color changer wise, I want to get GoBots too, he seems cool. I'm not huge on Drench or Deluge yet thought.
