at least its nice to look at ;)
have you opened up SW yet? let us know how the QC is (please)!

QC on mine is fine . On the extra cost tbh once i pulled him out the box and saw that lovley paint and waist connected i felt very satisfied with the price i paid .

Ok so I snapped some quick pics I will get better ones when I include them on the shelves.

As for Skywarp, he is the same mold so nothing new there. QC seems great on my figure. Tight joints the paint apps are really good no flaws found. Now the non locking torso still exists but it seems way tighter on this figure out of the box than my starscream out of the box.

Here he is in Jetmode...I did not have the strength to transform him back tonight (I'm goin ni' ni'). But I totally dig him and this mold, I am glad the 3 original seekers are all done now :)

Skywarp2.jpg

Trashtalk and Cogwheel (although a lil small for MP) are SUPER fun lil dudes and the My First blaster tops it all off!

TrashtalkwMy1stBlaster21015.jpg

Cogwheel21015.jpg

The iGear Sharkleader is cool, I like him but he is the same thing as the set of three repainted and different face sculpt.

I also got Red Alert and Bluestreak coz I need to continue rounding out the car bots. I like both of the molds since I have other version. My Red Alert's left elbow is really loose right out of the box, but it holds any pose and his gun with out a problem. I will need to tighten that up though.

Redalert21015.jpg

Bluestreak21015.jpg

Finally Guardian, out of the figures I just purchased all of which I love, this guy is a the most fun. He feels really solid, paints apps are awesome, I haven't found a flaw on him either. And fiddling with all of his different modes and accessories is satisfying (at least for me).

Also something that I did not see in any review or the instructions...he chest armor comes off and there is some kewl detail there.

I want Warden also; he is on pre-pre-order with BbTS and I dug the mold so much I wanted Guardian too he just got here first...

Great haul!
Those two Autobots are my two favorites. Red was my 1st new scale MP. I held out for Silverstreak, 'cause he's more accurate to the 80's toy, but the Datsun is my all time fave TF. Ever. Period. .
Do you now have all the original squad?

I just started reading the comics, and I now understand why that Warden is a cool toy. Aside from just being a cool toy.

Have fun with your new robots!

Almost: Prowl(my first MP), Sideswipe, Smokekscreen, Red Alert, Bluestreak...now I need an MP Jazz and I am contemplating Invisible(Mirage)...and I would also consider Ratchet and Ironhide part of the group too and need those still very excited to see the MP Tak version coming and hoping they will quickly retool repaint to Ratchet...

The Fairlady Bros are some of my favs although sideswipe is my fav and very first TF ever (still remember that xmas morn)...of course that is why I have softspot for Red too coz he's a Lambo...Now if Tak would just do an accurate Streaker...

I just started reading the comics, and I now understand why that Warden is a cool toy. Aside from just being a cool toy.

Yeah I was never a huge Fort Max toy fan and I like the character in the IDWverse...but now contemplating an Encore Fort Max just to have both versions...this collecting can quickly spiral out of control LOL!

Have fun with your new robots!

Hey All, got 2 new additions to the family...I missed the boat on these when they were first released but got them online after much searching for a decent price.

I totally dig the 80's G1 look and feel of these dudes!

You are becoming quiet the 3P wrangler. Do those guys scale well with MP, or are they more traditional scale?

Code is about a head shorter than the MP cars; but his car is a non-traditional short design so I am cool with that.

Smartrobin is taller than Code but still a little shorter than the MP cars in bot mode; again he is a very cybertronian looking attack fighter so I am cool with it...

At any rate I got Smartrobin and Code because...they spoke to me ;)

That's the best reason. I was just asking because I'm unfamiliar. For the record, I haven't worried about scale, well, ever.

This will help for sure. ;)
I'm really excited for this play set. Out of curiousity, where will it live? On a shelf? The coffee table? 2x4 right? That's really big.

Well...half of it will be 2x4 lol. It'll be 4x4 once I get the section of moutain and the tail end of the Ark put on probably about 3 feet high...we'lll see what's do-able ;)

Probably the basement for now until I get my room figured out...

I found Brainstorm on ebay $118.00 and Code for $119.00 which after looking at some online retailers is right around the original prices they were going for on BBTS and TFSource...

Kapow was selling Smartrobin for £64.00 which is $99.99; and Code for £79.99 which is $123.00

Chimungmung has them currently on sale for $99.90 Smartrobin and Code for $199.99

Thechosenprime didn't have a listing for them...

So feeling pretty good about them, they are "used" but both in great shape and came in their original packages with all their accouterments and the boxes are in excellent shape as well. Smartrobin's hip joints are more loose than I would like but some floor polish will take care of that (if there are no screws/pins to easily tighten...). Code is tight period, although he does have the rear wheel tolerance issue that all were reporting; not a concern because he isn't going to be played with out the concrete 80s style ;) .

Well the green version of Giant arrived today, super excited to get my hands on him!

I also FINALLY got my unique toys Cityset Kit...been waiting for a lil over a month for it to travel to me...stoked for the upgraded Metroplex head...not a fan of the Has/Tak sculpt or the way it transforms those goggles are a pain the neck and the articulation is blah...

I am also pretty excited about the little accessories that come with the kit they'll add a bit of flair to ole Plexie...

Next on the arrival list will be --

Warbotron Whirlwind
Brawny and Backland
Revolver
Hardbone

Thanks! Shajaki, it's mine as well. Like I stated in my reply to Cobotron, the Detolfs are nice but a wider shelf would be nicer to get the seekers in a better group shot...

Thanks Cob I took a look at the Ivar collection. Lot options there...I may have to get some of them. Although I would love something like a barrister book shelf so I can keep down on the dust collecting on these guys...
