My Bumblebee broke the ball joint peg that holds the head.
So now,I have the peg still in the head and rest of the body.

Glue would be too fragile to use if intend to transform him again.I Though to use a very thin nail to link the joint back to the body,maybe even heat it up a little to get inside of plastic body better,but dont know if it is a good idea.
I'm open to suggestions.

Try using a pushpin/thumbtack to drill a hole for a reinforcing rod into the stem of the ball joint, and a matching hole through the base of the neck. Glue the rod (Paperclip wire would be ideal) into the stem, then poke the rod through the prepared hole on the body and glue the stem back in place. If possible, use a long enough rod that there's enough poking into the body to be bent flat against the underside of the neck and glued down for extra strength.
