Lots of Transformers War for Cybertron Kingdom news out today, most of which came from Hasbro's PulseCon 2020.

One of the big highlights is a poster for the War for Cybertron Kingdom toy line showing the Titan Class Ark transformed into robot mode (which appears to have the Last Autobot's head design from the last issues of the Marvel Transformers comic books! You can see the images below, it was shared in Seibertron.com's screen capture gallery of the Hasbro PulseCon 2020 videos.

I wouldn't take the entire poster as a proof that all these characters are coming out though since this is probably concept art, before the toyline was finalized. Polar Claw, for instance, is not said to be part of the line, according to those who know what's coming.

We also have new packaging. while the boxes retain the same shape as the previous entries in the trilogy, the window component is made smaller, to minimize plastic. Of course, we can still see the figure inside though.

That's a nice piece of artwork, I'm tempted to set it as my desktop background. The inclusion of Polar Claw had me excited, but it'll be a shame if a new figure of Polar Claw has been cancelled like a few have said. I hope those sabre-toothed tiger and crocodile Fossilizers haven't been axed too. Also, can anyone tell who the pink and blue robot is in the far background behind Polar Claw and Vertebreak? It looks like Micromaster Barricade.

Just moments ago, Hasbro revealed official images on their Hasbro Pulse Facebook page of several upcoming and highly anticipated action figures from the Transformers War for Cybertron Kingdom line. Oh man I am so hyped for Galvatron! The Universe figure is ok, and don’t get me started on the Titans Return Galvs, but this is what we’ve been waiting for! That and the fact he’ll have a proper Cyclones and Scourge FROM THE SAME LINE. Oh man :DANCE:

The Ark's shoulders and head remind me of Cybertron Primus.

Is it 100% confirmed that Gears and Polar Claw were cut? It'd be a shame.

Well Scourge will be in Studio Series 86 but yeah, thats on purpose that you'll find all three on shelves in a movie Anniversary year.

Gears! I have been waiting for a proper Gears for over 30 years, as he was my very first figure ever given to me by my parents as a small child. Man, I hope this artwork signals what is coming. That titan class Ark looks interesting too.

It will be interesting to see how the smaller/core fossilizers work (if they demonstrated it in the live video my apologies I missed it). Also Titan Ark in the splash page looks great. I know some people are saying it looks like the Last Autobot, for some reason I am getting Cybertron Vector Prime vibes (and this from someone who really wasn't into the Unicron trilogy, I'd be ok with it). It would explain the time paradox after all

What was revealed overall looks good. I'll definitely be buying less toys this years than in previous ones, but that doesn't mean they are bad toys, just not in my wheelhouse of collecting at the moment.

As far as today's reveals, Kingdom is looking good so far. I'm definitely buying Optimus Primal, Megatron, Cheetor, Rattrap and Blackarachnia, but I'm not completely sold on the Fossilizers and I'll probably skip Warpath and Cyclonus. I'm surprised Studio Series 1986 wasn't officially announced here, and that nothing has been officially said about Earthrise Bluestreak, Runabout or Thrust, but all in all I'd say it was a good reveal.

Thanks for featuring my pics! Though sheer happenstance, I somehow ended up with those first three figures... Honestly, I'm just as surprised as you guys.

Pre-orders are up. Grabbed my Primal, Cylconus, and Megatron. Those three will probably be the only ones I get from the first wave. Paleotrex doesn't look as good as he did in the blurry images, and while Warpath looks cool, I'll wait to see Slammer before I choose which version of the mold to get. Looking forward to seeing Magnus, Galvatron, Airazor, Pipes, and Rhinox.

This art gives me hope.

Warpath, Huffer/Pipes, Gears/Swerve nice confirmation on the scuttlebutt. (Personally, I think they could have redecoed Brawn/Outback for a decent Gears/Swerve years ago)

Hooray for Tracks. (My secret wish is they use Tracks as a model for KITT in the Knight Rider crossover for next year)

Airrazor looks promising. If I were Hasbro make that a two pack Airrazor vs Terrosaur.

I put "Transformers Toys Generations War for Cybertron: Kingdom" in the search bar. They seem to have everything that Pulse has.

OK, so thoughts on all the reveals.

The artwork: fantastic artwork! that spread is really cool. But I am so angry that I saw Polar Claw and then had my hopes dashed almost immediately, I really wanted that!

Box art is stunning. That is the king of boxes right there!

Core Optimus: easy pass, I have the old T30 one for Metroplex/other titans.

Core Rattrap: still cool little dude, definitely getting him.

Core Vertebreak: that is a really sweet looking robot and dino mode right there! i think Vertebreak is my favorite reveal of the day honestly. I will get.

Deluxe Cheetor: looks really nice still, and just as good as the RED figure while transforming. Will get.

Deluxe Blackarachnia: looks nice, will grab.

Deluxe Warpath: easy pass, Generations one is the best.

Deluxe Paleotrex: also looks pretty awesome still, I like Vertebreak more, but this one also still looks great.

Voyager Cyclonus: will probably pass, i like my CW one good enough.

Voyager Primal: so so cool. That gorilla face is incredible, and the amount of features in the robot mode are awesome. The fact that they got all the MP features in this is also really awesome. Will get.

Leader Megatron: also super awesome still. He is a definite grab.

Also, I finally realized why I am so into the Fossilizer aesthetic: they are pretty similar to the TLK Infernocus. They could be his little buddies!

Primal is definitely my favorite reveal of the day. He's basically the MP, but affordable :lol:

Plus, I love the "realistic" approach, but I use quotes because to me Primal looks like Kong from the Monsterverse movies. Definitely liking Vertebreak though.

Also, I had a thought regarding Tigatron: What if he's a voyager because he's going to come with the tail and gut blaster for himself and Cheetor? Didn't he tend to use the tail rifle while Cheetor used the gut blaster?

If I remember correctly, Hasbro wanted to cut down on the use of plastic in packaging. This is likely the first step towards that goal.

god, you could just bitch about anything, it's people like you that make me fucking hate these forums; here we are on the cusp of getting a nearly masterpiece style line of BEAST WARS figures (at one point a literal dream to the fandom) with crazy high parts counts and accessories - in some cases - all in scale with each other (virtually eradicating the need to wait and collect the masterpieces), and all you can do is take pot shots at the amount of empty space in the boxes, so, by your logic, marvel legends figures are the vastly superior product because of their space usage in the package >:oP

I don't mind air in the chip bags for necessary reasons of course...but I would still like to see just a bit more chips in a bag, there is definitely wasted space that could be filled up a little more in that regard.

I preordered Cyclonus and Megatron. Mostly so I don't have to go hunting in stores, although it's taking long enough on those preorders that it might end up in my area before it comes in anyway.

The fossilizers are RAD. If I had more money I'd be up for most of this line. But I don't, so I have to go to where my heart lies - the animated movie.

I'm torn on Black Arachnia. I have the Legends one and I like the Legends one, but the Legends one is broken at the elbows. I bought a second one and it too is broken at those dang elbows too. We'll see I guess. I wish it had the Legends' colors.

Why yes, yes I can, and I do so quite often. It's a gift.

Random fact, it's not air in chip bags but nitrogen. If they used regular air the chips would spoil. The gas is used to cushion the chips from breaking in transit.
