Greetings Seibertronians! Fellow Seibertron user, Nemesis Primal, has dropped us a line to tell us that listings for next years Transformers Generations War for Cybertron: Kingdom lime have been found on Walmart computers! The listings originate from TFW2005 user, Jtprime17. The listing confirms several rumours that we've heard, like a version of Optimus Prime and Megatron being released in the new Core Class (the size class that's replacing Siege and Earthrise's Micromaster price point) but that Rattrap is confirmed to be part of this range as well
We have listings for three Deluxes as well, Cheetor, Warpath and Blackarachnia.
There was also several notes, like Warpath having a shield made up of part of his alt mode, and that Core Class will at least come with one accessory.
Also, Nemesis Primal rounded up several other rumours related to these:
Nemesis Primal wrote:In addition, leakers provided more Core Class details, as multiple of them have now seen Rattrap:
-Core figures do come with at least 1 accessory, Rattrap has his gun
-Roughly Legends height, Rattrap was compared to the Autobot clones
-Core class Starscream was accidentally confirmed by leaker (called out Screamer's null rays when talking about accessories), meaning we now know have the full breakdown of the 6 Core figures Target says we're getting (Rattrap, OP, Megatron, Starscream, 2 Fossilizers)
-Articulation is slightly better than Legends class figures in bot mode, but leaker feels Rattrap is missing paint and rat mode has less articulation that T30 Deluxe
-Core G1 Megatron is still a tank, but comes with a pistol based on his G1 alt mode that forms the front part of his tank cannon
-G1 Prime has "his weapon", wasn't specified what it is (gun vs ax)
Also Warpath apparently has a shield of some kind, everyone's favorite.

If memory serves, Jazz was also the only member of the Ark crew who got a figure in the line immediately preceding WfC, PotP. I'm not including Inferno, who didn't resemble the G1 design ... and also wasn't on the Ark. Minibots also excluded, since most of those haven't been in WfC.

But it's going to take a borderline miracle for them to top Generations Warpath.

My feelings exactly.

I suspect Warpath is going to be another one like Cliffjumper. In fact, the Transformations could be very similar. That will probably be a fun toy, but so far, just as Cliffjumper has not replaced his GDO figure on my shelf despite me liking it, I doubt Warpath will take the place of his Generations self.

Hauler didnt get a figure either tho I can always use ER Grapple as one and the Classics as the other, unless selects gets a green version at some point.

AcademyofDrX wrote:I want a minibot-scale G1 Warpath, so I think the Kingdom one will be perfect for me. Generations Warpath is too big, the CW one is too small, and neither of them have the right tank or robot design.
I doubt that's what you'll be getting here. WfC going for cartoon bot scale means a normal sized bot mode for Warpath like on the cartoon. I imagine the mentioned shield is to fill out the front of the tank mode between his feet.

The reveals this time are based around the Voyager and Leader Class figures. As well as confirming that we're getting Optimus Primal in Voyager, we're also set to get a repack of Leader Class Optimus Prime (presumably Earthrise version). More excitingly though, is the confirmation of Leader Class Beast Wars Megatron!
Here is the listings as revealed by Jtprime17:
TRA Gen WFC K Core AST
EAN: 5010993767038
TRA Gen WFC K Voyager AST
EAN: 5010993767052
TRA Gen WFC K Leader AST
EAN: 5010993767076
Tra Gen WFC K leader Optimus Prime PR
EAN: 5010993767021
(note “PR” stands for package refresh so this is most likely Earthrise Optimus in Kingdom Packaging)
Tra Gen WFC K voyager Cyclonus
EAN:5010993767014
Tra Gen WFC K voyager Optimus Primal
EAN: 5010993766987
Tra Gen WFC K leader Trex Megatron
EAN: 5010993766970

Great point...
I can understand if anyone thinks the Datsun bros, Trailbreaker, Bumblebee, Grapple, etc. are better versions... I think most of the ER versions are better in some ways then what we've previously had in the CHUG lines.
But Generations Warpath is really an excellent figure... And for those who hate the parts-forming,
I don't see how this version can be better.

If he is going to be accurate, he'll be Hoist sized.

Why is everyone convinced this is true? In scenes with Hoist, he's about as tall as Hoist. In scenes with other minibots, he's the same size that they are. Neither size is any more accurate than the other, the cartoon scaling was just terrible.

Really? I just finished watching several Season 2 Episodes. He was never shown as 'mini-bot' sized. In the episode I'm mainly referring to "A Decepticon Raider in King Arthur's Court", he was actually taller than Hoist. In Hoist goes Hollywood, it was pretty much the same thing. He was at least as tall as the 'Autobot Cars.' I guess they figured he was a tank, so he couldn't be but so small. I dunno, ask Sunbow.
In the Marvel series, he was more in line with 'minibot' scale as a robot, though.

I'm not on Season 3 yet. But, really, Season 3 is where the scale goes out the window.
I'm not sure what the strident opposition is about. The 'Masterpiece' Warpaths that have been made 3P have more supported the Hoist sized Warpath.
I'm curious as to which way Hasbro will go, but it's not going to be a dealbreaker for me if he's Brawn sized or whatever.

From what I undertand, that isn't an actual figure, just a listing for the general assortment. More of an internal thing for Walmart, not really for us.

You mean the Target listing. This Walmart listing is spelt correctly.
Anywyaus, Earthrise Optimus being rereleased makes sense since that's the toy we see on the Kingdom Artwork.

Of course, hence why it made no sense to have that same thing in earthrise.

I know, that's why I mentioned the "not as exciting" bit. Just figured I'd post it for completion's sake since most of the other ASTs were leaked earlier.william-james88 wrote:Autobot N wrote:Not as exciting, but here's the Deluxe AST that was missing from the last two posts

Yeah, that's what I meant. And it definitely makes sense to rerelease ER Prime. You've always got to have a Prime in the bigger size classes, and it's not like they could improve much about ER Prime. And having the Leader one means they could put him in Wave 2 so you don't have one of the Wave 1 Leaders repeating.william-james88 wrote:Autobot N wrote:Which lends more credence to the theory that the Walmart listing is for Optimus Primal, not Optimus Prime, and that it's just misspelled.william-james88 wrote:I guess this removes the idea of trailerless earthrise prime releases aa a voyager in Kingdom

The listing says T Rex. The idea is to cover season 1 forms of the cast i believe.

Baby steps. It took pretty much Wardens entire reign to finally give some real attention to beast wars, and it is still mixed in with regular G1. So starting with season 1 makes sense. If Kingdom does well, I can certainly see potential for more to come down the line, especially with Warden stepping aside.

So now we're looking at:
Core: Rattrap, Optimus Prime, Megatron, Starscream, 2 Fossilizers
Deluxe (assuming the Target listing count of Deluxes is accurate, since they got Primal's name and the Leader number wrong): Cheetor, Warpath, Blackarachnia, Huffer, Pipes, Slammer, Airazor, Shadow Panther, Tracks, Waspinator, Wheeljack (ER rerelease), Wingfinger (Fossilizer), Ractonite (Fossilizer), 1 other Fossilizer, BW Scorponok, Arcee (ER rerelease)
Voyager: Cyclonus, Optimus Prime Primal, Dinobot, Rhinox, Tigatron, Starscream (ER rerelease), G1 Inferno
Leader: BW Megatron, G1 Galvatron, Ultra Magnus, Optimus Prime (ER rerelease)
Unknown size class: Rodimus Prime (presumably Commander Class with trailer)
EDIT: HE FOUND MORE.

Optimus is getting a rerelease and a Netflix version too though, I dunno that those release methods cancel each other out. The only difference is that Netflix OP is missing the trailer and comes with Battlemasters, compared to the version that's getting rereleased.

Yes. And there's never been a time where a retailer listing was actually wrong. There's been a few times where smaller figures were cancelled (T30 Brawn and Gnaw, plus TR Primal and Toraizer), but those figures were confirmed to have existed at some point.AcademyofDrX wrote:Would data for the entire line even be in retailers' systems this early? Really excited about Huffer and Pipes, they're the last two minibots I need for a full Generations lineup. (The CW ones are no good, sadly.)
