Great interpretation of Bulkhead for G1. Art and writing both handled well for the character.

Well if you consider that in the mosaic, Bulkhead was still in his Cybertronian mode (as in having yet to pick an earth vehicle for his vehicle mode).
Then the easiest was for us to get him as a toy, is simply throw a new head sculpt on a green universe (classics 2.0) Ironhide /ratchet body. Since thier van mode can resemble a G1 Bulkhead's earth mode.
