Transformers: More Than Meets the Eye info

If you´ve been patiently awaiting the Dreamwave Profile Books. You’ll be glad to hear that there’s an excellent reason for their tardiness. The original plan was to have each line of toys represent one million years of TF history. However, that plan didn’t work out as well as it was hoped. Since many characters became other characters later in the series, it was just a huge problem. Adding to the problem was that much of the text contradicted what Simon Furman had written for The War Within. The profile books are being re-written by Dreamwave’s ‘in-house’ guys instead of Destination Entertainment (the company originally drafted for the books) and will be released with less specific info. Fans should be happy to know that Dreamwave is making the effort to keep the current continuity as straight as possible. Discuss all this in the SEIBERTRON.com Energon Pub.
