In the plastic? Well they are made of a solid but sightly rubbery plastic, meaning it has some give/bendiness to it. The paint apps are great, they come off a little too shinny in photgraphs especially Convoys metailic blue, but in the 'plastic' it looks great. They feel quite solid and due to the "revolver joints" hold fantastic poses as proved by my galleries.
As for proportions, as the box says these are "Non- Scale Action Figures" the windows don't look much like the windows of a truck, the wheels are no present on their legs or hips etc. The proportions/look of the figure is made to match those of the cartoons, comics and artwork these characters have appeared in, most notably the Dreamwave G1 series. If you not too big a fan of that look or those proportions then these figures are not for you.

white versions of prime are always magnus, its all from the fact that,
A:- in the g1 figure the white truck pulling the trailer was a white prime.

this was a diaclone carry over (powered convoy springs to mind)
b:- ever since dreamwave did the "magnus looks like prime under his armour" its become scripture, i for one like the idea even if it does bring about repaints by the butt load, some for good though, i wouldnt trade my mp magnus for just about anything ( well maybe for a complete fortress maximus)
im a tad surprised that you didnt know this, going off your sig, name and avatar you seem like a big magnus fan.
are you having us on and have i just made a big ass of my self??

Zuko wrote:Question AK. I noticed the extra joints that came with my Magnus. Are they just replacements or do they serve some other purpose? I noticed you switched between them a few times in your photo's on his hip joints.
If you take a look in my Magnus galleries you'll see a sequence of photos where I removed the original knee joint and replaced it with a double revolver joint, these afford magnus better knee articulation than with the original joints. The rest of the extra joints are just a cosmetic option, I personally think he looks a lot better with the white hip joints so I switched them. Not all the photos are in the sequence in which I shot them so it may appear that I switched back and forth but I actually only switched them the once.

I'm happy with the current joints, so I'll just leave the Magnus extra joints in their seal card. Also, the darn joints and hands are so stiff when plugging in and out, I wouldn't want to mess with them too much.
