I'm looking forward to TF: Prime toys. I'm stoked to see Arcee's blade thingies are seperate. Now to see if I can find a way to attach them to her shoulders to give her that shape she has in the show. That might be pretty cool.

I like how strongly the Prime toys evoke the show characters. I can hear Starscream's voice in my head when I look at that toy. The toys are also so interesting, with lots of details on them. I even like Starscream's little high heels :)

Hopefully this indicates they're coming out sooner rather than later!

this is all stuff we have seen before or does not interest me one bit. i love the TF:prime toys i just wish we could see some new ones like ratchet and bulkhead? maybe knockout? or a decepticon drone, or soundwave?? come on hasbro -__-

I also can't wait to see more Prime toys. Bulkhead, Ratchet, Knockout, Soundwave... YES! The idea of a show-accurate Ratchet fills me with glee. So chunky and full of character.

Anyone know when the TF Prime toys come out? I want to think I heard Fall, but I'm not certain ^^;;

Same. Ratchet and Bulkhead I'm especially excited about seeing when they finally get to revealing them.

As for this recent round, there isn't much to interest me either, aside from Prime toys. I notice they didn't show much for Mechtech, so maybe there will be new Deluxes & Voyagers.

I think I don't really want Guzzle, he's just not a significant enough character for me... although there's Last Stand of the Wreckers... maybe if he was Classicverse, but this one's too movie.

I almost want that Grindor because he kind of looks like G1 Sandstorm, but he's totally not worth picking up another Bumblebee for... funny that Bumblebee has become reason for not buying something. #-o

Looking at HA Dragstrip in the package image, it looks more bulky/block like in the head on pic.

There really isn't a lot coming up I care about.

I'm not that into TF Prime.
I like the Arcee mold, and will be getting that, but I think I may be skipping that line for the most part.

I don't care for any of this crap except Rodimus, even though he is incomplete. I really wish there were more Generations coming or something.

I will definetly be getting TF Prime Starscream. BB maybe, but Arcee's robot mode looks terrible! So bulky....I hope she gets a new deluxe later on or something...

According to Botcon, the line doesn't start until Dec. Such a long time to wait :BANG_HEAD: But maybe they might surprise us and they might hit stores a bit earlier, but I wouldn't hold my breath

I like the War for Cybertron 3 pack. Might have to track it down, since I never picked up those 3 molds.

Can anybody explain what the TF SS Bumblebee Beast Machines Packaging and TF SS Optimus Prime Beast Machines Packaging are supposed to be?

Particularly the Beast Machines part?

Also what's the point of 100 links that all point to the same general gallery? No offense intended El Duque, just wondering. Wouldn't it have been easier just to list the figures and have a single link to the gallery? Unless you plan to update the list with specific links that is.

Hasbro should have given MP Rodimus black boots and added detail to his wrists and crotch piece. I don't care about his feet.

The Prime toys look less impressive than the pictures at BotCon had me believing.
Re: Official Hasbro Product Images (1254392)

Seriously, I love how they managed to transform WFC Bumblebee (fiddly) and WFC Prime (almost leader-clss complexity)) into vehicle mode with no problem yet WFC Megatron, who is extremely simple, by comparison, is the only one to be mistransformed

I think the BotCon pics showed the toys in a more natural situation rather than the straight-on, Photoshopped official pics. I think they looked better in the BotCon pics and I think they'll look better on my desk :)

Regarding release dates, I started a thread asking but no one seems to know for sure. I'm hoping that the little cards beneath the Prime toys at BotCon are correct. I'm sadly doubting it since July is already here and we haven't heard anything else.

"2 in 1 vehicle to robot" really hasbro i think we all know what a transformer is and even if someone doesnt you figure it out by looking at the box. After seeing Dark Sentinel Prime im starting to wonder if hasbro will start using more paint on all their figures, the first cyberverse Sentinel looks like a prototype compared to the dark one. And what the hell do they mean by "Beast Machines Packaging"?

The "2 in 1" or "3 in 1" for Triplechangers is required by law I believe. At least it is in Europe.

Hey, I'm not saying they aren't making a G1-inspired Generations Arcee, I'm just saying that the listing we saw a few months back was for the Prime figure.

If I were to hazard a guess I'd say the C/H/U/G style figures will probably be back in full swing by next year and with Arcees prominence in Prime I could definitely see HasTakTom doing a G1-esque figure of her next year.

Well, the first TF Prime figures' packaging is just reminiscent enough of Beast Machines' deluxe packaging that I looking at it triggers my gag reflex, but that doesn't seem right, as that would say "Prime" instead of "SS".

Wait...SS...does that mean that some intrepid soul at Hasbro agrees with me so strongly that everything about Beast Machines was not only bad, but so morally wrong that they're equating it with NAZIS?!?!?!?! A bit heavy handed, especially after that sort of thoughtless hyperbole got Megan Fox fired, but way to call a spade a spade!
May Primus protect you from the ravings of false oracles.

But seriously, what does this SS stand for? "Super Soaker", as in a new category of role-play toys?

My favorite thing here is the Bumblebee with the little orange Grind-storm; I sure as heck don't want IT, but seeing it finally released gives me hope that the Sideways vs. the 3 bike sisters legends pack might still be released, since I first saw photos of those packs in the same general exclusives lineup. Yes, I know it was probably going to be a Target exclusive, making me optimistic over an irrational association, but it totally offsets my aforementioned nausea, which is remarkable considering I don't like orangish-yellow.

Probably "Speed Stars".

Also that two pack with Bumblebee and Legends Creamsicle Grindor was released over a year ago.

If one needed any more convincing, the Bombing Run Battle is strong evidence that Hasbro has now completely thrown all thoughts of "scale" to the wind.

I might get Prime Arcee to use as Classics Chromia, but the other Prime figures don't grab me. Starscream's robot mode looks kind of scrawny, and I don't like the opaque cockpit in vehicle mode (and anyway, didn't we hear that there's going to be a Voyager Starscream later?), and although Bumblebee looks kind of cool in vehicle mode, his robot mode shoulders are way too big.

I hope you're right about the Sideways set. I was looking forward to getting a more accurate Sideways (it would probably look great with the Reprolabels, and it has very little of the ugly red in robot mode) and some in-scale bike sisters.

As stated before, the Bumblebee vs. Legends Grindor has been released last year. I've seen it at Walmart along with Brawl vs Legends Jolt. And the Sideways vs. the Motorcycle Cycle Triplets has been canceled indefinitely. It's not the first time images of older product has sneaked into a collection of newer ones

Pictures of Deluxe Leadfoot were shown at Botcon next to his Target exclusive 2-pack buddy Twintwist. IIRC, they're coming early fall(I think they said September, but don't quote me on that).

The question is if he will be released individually without the Target symbols.

I remember at Botcon somebody asking about a Generations Arcee and Hasbro responded that something to do with Arcee will be announced around the end of the year. Can't find the exact quote though.

From what I've seen, it looks like DOTM isn't going to survive until the end of the year. We're already seeing pictures of Prime toys and seeing listings for Generations yet the next wave of DOTM toys is supposedly 100% repaints and we haven't even seen pictures of all of them yet.

I wish that was the case. As far as I understand DotM is the main line this year, with Prime not starting until the end of the the year (not sure about Gen.). the reason we haven't seen many of the toys though is because:

A) Hasbro seems to really be cracking down on how far ahead we see things now (seems like we only see new things at the last minute these days)

B) they were waiting until after Dotm premieres so as to avoid spoilers and what not. I also heard they will be showcasing new stuff and SDCC.

at least that's how I hear it will be :-?

Like all the cancelled Animated and RtS stuff, as well as the HFTD Sideways pack that never arose. But I'd be pissed if they didn't release all the new characters in DOTM and new off-screen characters. Like Ultra Magnus, perhaps? C'mon Hasbro!

Ideally I'd like to see it go as far as ROTF/HFTD did, granted they cut down on the Bumblebees. I'd really like to see more mainstream G1 characters that weren't in the films to get DOTM toys.

All of a sudden those PRIME figures aren't looking quite so slick. Hopefully it's just because they're the 'First Edition'. Hopefully Takara will produce their own versions with their special little details.
