If I didn't have other priorities, and if I had the sufficient funds, I'd order him on the spot. Gotta have my tanks!

I hear ya on that!

If I was not in the same situation as you are (I'm trying to play catch-up with the Encore line), I'd make this a "prize" item for at least two friends I have and one fan of the character.
