Her guns can be stored there to resemble rocket launchers.

Those are speed holes. They make the car go faster.

They're just holes. Is it really that bad?

Or, if you're running her down a Pinewood Derby track, they're to fill with lead to weigh her down!
Incidentally...

I didn't even know there was one. Of course, that is because any sane person and even most insane ones (I shan't reveal which category I fit into) shouldn't need close to that many.

Very astute observation my good man. People have waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much free time in their hands. (Over the limit "a")

I'm very please I decided to pass on Hasbro's versions and getting Takara's

One of each?
*Hasbro does it on purpose to persuade you into buying the figure so you can transform it "the right way."

Hasbro's Chromia, however, might have some brownie points for being the more comic-accurate of the two.Delta Magnus wrote:Eyup, the Takara fembots look a million times better.

I think Takara's Windblade is hands down better, but Arcee & Chromia are both up in the air for me.
I don't mind the Hasbro deco on Arcee at all - in fact, I like how the black breaks up all the lighter tones. And Chromia is, as you say, the more comic accurate of the options. So.

Well, the stock image with TFSource's listing of the toy includes the swords, so I'd say she will include them.

Oh it's included I reckon:

So no worries about her not having a those energon swords. That, or try using TFA Arcee's swords (if they fit).

However, Takara's Chromia is lovingly screen accurate to the original cartoon.

Except for, y'know, the entire alt-mode, which is a comic-book thing. Might as well demand slavish G1 cartoon-accurate colors on Galaxy Force Chromia.

Not to mention that G1 cartoon Chromia didn't have lilac in her deco:Deathsanras wrote:Wolfman Jake wrote:Sabrblade wrote:Hasbro's Chromia, however, might have some brownie points for being the more comic-accurate of the two.

She did have some periwinkle, though.

That would be royally disappointing for people who want a new G1-based Ironhide over a Prime-based one.grimdragon2001 wrote:Hmm thats interesting, the arms on Ironhide look to be actually painted where the stickers would normally go. I dunno, i'd like it, Prime "Arn-hahhhd" kinda looks like his IDW counterpart when drawn by Sarah Stone. Not exact but close-ish.
Also there's more than a few differences between the one next to chromia and the A.M one.

Takara Tomy's version of Jetfire has all of the chrome removed and has painted weapon barrels, which is great for those fans who didn't want the chrome on the US release. To compare the two figures, take a look at Yuki's images below and then check out the US Jetfire by clicking here to see our gallery of Hasbro's Leader Jetfire. (Might as well check out our gallery of Classics Starscream, while you're there.)

Edit: I've just realised, probably rather late - but the Legends one seems to be lacking the metallic paint of the earlier Takara Generations/United lines that made the decos far superior in most cases (in my mind). Sure there's a few extra paint apps on JF, and Arcee is more screen accurate, but the "punch" just doesn't seem to be there....

Not enough people know about the Insecticomics. Such is the eternal tragedy of the Transformers fandom.
(To be honest though, way too much of Transformers romance/smut art and fiction is slash. I know "die cishet scum" is a thing now but come on, some hetero pairings would be nice now and again!)
