Inferno looks great but there is something missing, perphaps a connection between the torso and the legs. But surelly a must have, if Takara dosen't do better.

Loving Inferno, but I'm not a fan of Vector Prime at all.

I've seen two versions, one with the bumper folded down forming a, for lack of a better word, crotch/waist. This one still has it folded up as it would be in alt mode.

What do you know? He's got a short torso.
But still a good figure.
Do you guys know for sure if he's a Voyager or an Ultra? I'm a bit worried. I really really don't like him to be an Ultra, with all those extra sounds and lights. And, of course, an extra shiny 5 bucks on top.
He'd better be a Voyager.

And what do you know! Without Hasbro's overabundance and love for Photoshop, Vector Prime literally looks like he's been waist deep in shit.

SO why are they re releasing vector prime in his "someone forgot to change my colostomy bag" colors? WErent at least two repaints of him enough?

Inferno's mistransformed, or the figure's been changed a bit.. According to the preview pics, the front bumper folds down to extend the torso a little:

That sounds familiar. I definitely agree with everything you said.

Hmmm... I can see some Prime kitbashes coming out of that Inferno mold... But it is rather unremarkable. I'll have to be the judge for myself.

Inferno is a pass. It's a shame because I had the original G1 toy. The vehicle mode looks cool but the robot mode looks bad. Vector Prime will be bought and repainted and will look cool.

I'll pick up Inferno for sure. Might pick up Vector Prime if there's no others (His promo pictures were are better. Maybe if Hasbro did a running change... then he'll be back up to definitly.)

I want to say I'll pick them up but with Hasbro's lack of quality control lately, I'm waiting.
There used to be a time where I'd drool over these picks and move guys to the top of my must have list. Now I'm overly cautious. I hate you Hasbro.
Inferno looks alright and Vp - while he could use new colors might be good. lol

I think Inferno is very underrated. So far I’m impressed and I absolutely LOVE the boxy look he has. I like how classic and traditional it looks.

Hm, I'm thinking my incomplete original Vector Prime will have an encounter with this new Vector Prime and a screwdriver. One that neither will soon forget.

Agreed! It's a nice way to update the figure but still keep the nostalgia of the original. Everybody wins, and yet everyone will still complain
Honestly, I think I'll have to see VP in person before I judge. I like the colors in theory, but the fact that, as stated before, he looks like he's standing waist-deep in sh*t detracts from the figure, to say the least. All the same, I'll probably pick him up since I can fit him into my storyline :3

Colour of Vector Prime is meh.
Inferno looks bare, no ladder and no crotch. It looks like he forgot to put his pants on.

Inferno is way too fat and boxy for me. Some people are loving it, I'm personally not. Different strokes for different folks.
Vector Prime is an awesome mold that I passed up on during the Cybertron run. It's a shame Hasbro went with the diarrhea brown color instead of something else, because the black portions look really cool.
Needless to say, I won't pick either of these guys up. It's a shame really...

Vector Prime does look like a knock-off with that color scheme, they should of added white or something else, not that gold $hit color, he looked way better with his Cybertron colors, I'll pass on him, but Inferno I'll get, a little put off that hes not sporting a ladder but a chunky water cannon but then again that's why there is a R.I.D Optimus Prime.

Inferno has grown on me each time I've seen him. I will definitely be adding him to my ever expanding Classics collection.
Vector Prime on the other hand, I will be passing on. I never really liked the mold and only have the Cybertron version because the Toys R Us 2-Pack was the only way to get the smaller Starscream.

Since many are complaining about the crotch things of Jazz and other figures, so Hasbro decided to give us a crotchless figure.

I think this can be a good figure for custom Prime. Especially if he's much bigger than Classics Voyager prime. The boxy shape give it a more G1 feeling.
