With 70 points of articulation, I would certainly assume so. Unless you think those 70 points are all in the upper body for some reason.

I think there are some statues out there that don't move from the waist down but have some moving parts, so it's not totally unreasonable to think the same here

I'll grant you its possible, unlikely but possible. But with 70 points of articulation, you'd honestly think none of those made it to the legs?
