"powerful noir art of superstar Livio Ramondelli"

Jesus...more like flat, flat, depthless art that's hidden in shadows everywhere you look because light and backgrounds disappear when Livio takes on the books.

Oh well. Much like today's issue as long as the story is well done I can focus on that.

It'll be nice to have all books take part in this though. I can already imagine people throwing a fit that MTMTE is participating. God forbid MTMTE takes a break from everyone standing around talking about how sad they are on the Lost Light.

I think he's massively improved his work to better fit the Transformers style over the years, especially in the past 18 months or so, and folks are just being stubborn

I don't know about improvement in the 18 months. Combiner wars happened in those 18 months. Ya know that comic where Mainfrane and grotesque were protectobots even those they were named streetwise and groove IN THE SCRIPT.

I won't lie the first pages in this current were pretty okay. Then I read the rest last night and sighed.

They're still planning to release the Sins of the Wreckers TPB in July? Are they planning on releasing it six weeks after the last issue hits stands?

It happens sometimes. May have been the original date but I'm sure by now even though we still got two issues to release the whole thing is done.

Great quote from IGN for SOTW. Remember all those silly moments we've gotten so far? Like stakeout being a twisted mess and dying on a bed while Carnivac comforting him or Verity very much in pain and possibly dying or how about Kup realizing how he murderd his friends and comrades when he was stranded on a planet. HAHAHA! Oh Sins of the wreckers! You're so silly!

I actually forgot about SoTW. Why the huge delay in issues 4&5. At this rate the TPB might get released before the individual issues.

The delay is due to personal issues with Nick Roche, and was unavoidable from the sounds of it.
All releases are scheduled, so we'll never get the trade before the singles. ;)

As for the short time frame between 5 and the TPB, Image does that on a regular basis - usually leaving a pause between the TPB and the start of the new arc, too!

Nick has stuff going on and IDW was nice enough to say "we can wait" to be honest I'm happy with that. Nick has never been able to complete a story. Dinobots brought James Raize in, wreckers had to have guido step in so if it means waiting a while for a complete series by nick that's just fine.

I look forward to what they are going to try to do with Sentinel. Be interesting to hear how he survived, where he's been, and what titan masters will have to do with it all :MAXIMAL:

Well this *kind of* answers a question I had before, if my math is right, the Titans Return one shot should be the overall 300th issue of the IDW G1 TF continuity.
