As the website TF@TM reported, it looks like Hasbro has registered two trademarks that seem to relate to the TF brand:

1. PLAYSKOOL HEROES, (a trademark already being used by the Rescue Bots line)
and
2. HEROES AT PLAY (a completely new trademark)

Both trademarks have been filed under this category:
“Toy vehicles and accessories for use therewith; toy action figures and accessories for use therewith; toy action figures, toy vehicles and toy robots convertible into other visual toy forms”

What are your thoughts? Is the "Heroes at Play" Trademark a potential new sub-line for Rescue Bots? Discuss below!

And as always, keep your optics and audio sensors tuned to Seibertron.com, your best source on the net for Transformers news!

"Heroes at Play" sounds more like a slogan than a toy line. Either that or I'm picturing superheroes as kids on a playground.

"Heroes At Play" almost sounds like it might be a name for a line of role-play toys, like costumes and Nerf-type guns.

Glarryg

When I search for "heroes at play" + hasbro I get a bunch of kiddie looking super heroes.

This was the only TF looking thing I could find - which looks old to me so I think that what we are getting is not exactly this pic.

Image

It's probably something similar to "Play skool heroes". I do hope it is a nerf gun rather than bad looking mini figs that don't do anything.

Continuing with the galleries from opening night of San Diego Comic Con, we give to you our new gallery featuring the Rescue bots. These rescue bots show off the new High Tide and Salvage molds, which are newly upscaled. Also seen are Quickshadow, Morbot, and the vehicle mode for the new Chase. Now, these are all figures that have been revealed before, and tomorrow night is when the new reveals shall be shown off, so stay tuned and check out some of the images below.

I am actually surprised that a line without Decepticons has gone on this long. Not that I'm complaining, of the few episodes I've seen they actually come up with some pretty creative disasters.

Well, it is over in the Playskool aisle with all the toys that don't need bad guys. Preschool toys in general seem to get along well enough if they prove fun enough for the young'uns. ;)

I got that Fire Station on Prime Day not realizing how big it was. Had assumed it'd come with a cool new animal Targetmaster but it didn't. That said, it's actually super fun, and worth it just for the ground bridge.

Hey Seibertronians! A bit of Rescue Bots news for you tonight. We saw it at Comic Con, we saw it online, but for some reason no one had seen the Rescue Bots Griffin Rock Fire House Playset at a brick and mortar store!. But wait no longer! It's been spotted by Yours truly at the Council Tree Target in Fort Collins, Colorado. Check it out below!

The Fire House is in the new UK Argos catalogue and a few other UK online listings too. but as it costs £50.00 i'll wait for a sale since the boat got reduced to £15.00 I'll wait a bit.

I'm very disappointed that the large Playsets do not come with more articulated figures and and Transforming pet-figure just to make them more appealing.

I think adding articulation is a good reason to make people buy the characters again. and the lack of joints does limit them a bit compared to the previous (pre-cartoon) stuff

Does anyone remember one of the toy shows they showed a reissue of the previous larger Rescue bots (not the smaller ones) I remember noticing as it was the 1st time there had been chase that size with the blue colouring that didn't have the clear pieces as well.

Did they ever get released at retail. ?

Though i'd ask as this boxed set reminded me.

-----------

As for the above set if they are just repacks it's likely cheaper to buy the Rescue bots in the two for £15.00 deals for a UKSTER

There is a new unknown Rescue Bots rescan figure with an ATV alt mode found in the "crane" of Rescue Bots Megabots Copter Crane Blades on the back of his package. It seems to be a transforming figure. What do you make of it? Here are some images of the back of the box and the asterix next to the toy states that the figure is to be sold seperately.

If not, I'd guess Cliffjumper, namely because I'm crazy.

Call me crazy, but could we be looking at a Rescue Bots updated version of Fixit with a new alt-mode? The way the handle bars look like they could move somewhat makes me think of eyebrows and the seat area with the two blue circles *could* be eyes........

Or I'm just talking crazy talk.

I can actually see it a bit. I see the eyes, the potential for a headcrest, the arms... it's possible

If you're crazy then I'm crazy because that was my first impression, too. The two blue things on the top near the seat is a fake front to the ATV. I think the top of the ATV is the front of the bot with the seat and silver part on the end making the body. The arms are on the sides, you can see the peg holes above the exhaust pipes. The rear wheels would make his legs, and the top "lights" his face with the real ATV front getting pushed onto his back. Yeah, I can see it for sure.

Although, I wonder if it could actually be TLK Squeaks repurposed for Rescue Bots?

Fixit isn't gold/brown, though (compare the ATV to the bright orange seen on Blades himself, which is a much closer match to Fixit's orange).

In the show, Servo's kind of got a multipurpose transformation function, able to turn into just about anything useful, with him usually turning into some kind of tool or machine, either mobile or stationary.

Thanks, yeah it was a joke :D

In all seriousness, I think the smart money is on Fixit - you can unfold it in your head. He's essentially lying on his back. The front wheels are his shoulders. The silver 'seat' is the bit that visually connects to his wheelbase. I imagine his face is hidden at the back of the handlebar assembly.

Of course, if that's the case, his torso would essentially end up looking like an upside-down version of his RID head.

Edit: I'm an idiot. I've just noticed that Emerje has written an almost idential unfolding of it. Well, at least I'm not alone...

Seibertronians, remember that unidientified ATV Rescue Bot figure That was found yesterday on the back of Rescan series Blades' packaging? Well the mystery seems to be solved on the back of Rescan series Sequoia's packaging, as the figure is not only identified as "Brushfire", but also shown in it's robot mode, utilizing Sequoia in her (Fire?) Axe mode! This also doubles as our first in-hand look at Sequoia! Check out the pics below!

Nice design reminds me of a Armada era Minicon inflated to a larger size.

Does it "shock" have elbows !!!

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for some UK distribution on the Minicon cases - I love them things - I just wish the Police Playset was not being so illusive as I need to get the dog-cycle too.

The long 5mm posts they have would mean they'd be cross-compatible with the 2017 RID toys too (I think)
