Those Voyager figures would be decent(not great, but just decent) if they just had some normal weapons. I don't really understand why Transformers need all these gimmicks anyway. You would think that a vehicle that turns into a robot toy would be enough of a gimmick for the kids these days.

If there has to be a gimmick, I prefer it to be on the weapon, that way it can easily be tossed aside and ignored.
I think the Starscream looks pretty good. I hope he fits in well size-wise with the rest of the crew.
The Bulkhead doesn't look quite as bad as the first pictures made it out to be, but I still fail to understand why they scrapped the superior FE version.
Glad I got the FE version, though.

What part of 'Robots In DISGUISE' did the designers not understand?
Now give us that voyager Skyquake we've already seen, and voyager Knockout.

That's true, but I can't help but feel like a decent percentage of the cost is going into these over-sized weapons. I assume that any engineering expenses that go into the weapons, is money that's not going into the robot engineering.

I don't mind the big-honkin' alt mode hardware. As said above, you can just leave them aside.
Now then, FOC Jazz is just GORGEOUS! Give now.
I had no idea that the Bot Shots launcher/trailers opened up! Super buy!
I really like the Optimus Maximus mechsuit, has a DOTM Ultimate Optimus feel.
Look like lots of great stuff coming, yay? Need more money!

FE Deluxe Starscream > RID Voyager Starscream.

Hasbro won't be getting my money for these figures.
Honestly those weapons are horrible.

I also find this continuation of Mech Tech weapons to be disappointing at the least, and flat out criminal at the most with Japan getting Micron partners for their weapons. But I did discover that the gun for Alternity Prime provided in the TFC Gear of War 2 pack - with the LED pack attached - works very well for Voyager class Optimus. Some modifications have to be made, namely cutting off the twig of a handgrip, but Prime looks much tougher with a proper weapon.

Maybe I'm in the minority on this, but my God I love that Starscream. I bought Megatron and my girlfriend bought me the Voyager Optimus so I may pick up Bulkhead just to have all the voyagers. I actually really like this line, but I didn't till I actually had Megatron in hand
as for the weapons, I actually like Megatron's. Optimus's is awful. Starscream's could be worse from what I've seen. I'd probably like them if they locked in both modes with out modifying them.

I love Starscream's colors, and that he doesn't have a pointy butt anymore, plus more stable feet. Probably the only voyager I will buy. Maybe Bulkhead.

all are a pass for me, not only are the figures just not that great but the weapons are just as bad if not worse than mechtech.

Why the hell can't Hasbro make Starscream's crest RED?

I like the voyager figures themselves. I have Prime and Megatron and they are both good figures. I took Primes gun apart and set it up so the gears are now lined up so the barrel is down and out. It doesn't look good and doesn't hold up that gret but it is better. Megs' gun is solid.
I like the look of Bulkheads hammer. It might make a nice 'gun' is I pretend hard enough. BUt with Starscream.... Another 'hold it in place'? No thank you.

Yay, another Starscream. Can't say I exactly care for this series, but I do love Starscream. So, gonna have to buy one. Also, I think it's pretty neat-o.

Bulkhead doesn't look that bad in his box. I still will wait to either earn the money to get the Takara version of the FE, or wait and see if the FE one will be released here.

I know right? Cyberverse gets a red crest and the Deluxe repaint gets a purple crest, I see no reason why they can't make the FE and Voyager's crests red.

I don't know voyager starscream looks too big compared to bulkhead. the revealer soundwave was too small compared to megatron and now it looks like we're getting a starscream that's too big for soundwave. Starscream is a figure that really needs to be deluxe size.

Does anyone know if Starscream's alt mode has an opaque cockpit canopy? I'd consider buying him if the canopy were clear plastic, but not if it's opaque and and painted.
