deviantART- Alex Milne has revealed at deviantART.com that he will be having a few exclusive litho available TFCON, the convention in Toronto April 25th, and 26th.

On his DA page you can see the lineart for this fantastic battle scene in which he has rendered many of the Classics/Universe toy designs into a stunning display of Autobots Vs. Decepticons.

"so here is the lineart for a poster i did for the upcoming TFcon.
its a combo of both the classics and universe 2 toyline. not all the characters are there, but most of them.
there were a few tweaks i made just to give the poster a different feel to it.
i changed devastators face and hand to give it a more g1 feel. also the hand just fit better for the grabbing look i wanted.
i changed the arms on rumble to give him his classic piledrivers.
i added a few weapons that some of the characters had from the original toyline, and added lazerbeak. i mean, whats soundwave without lazerbeak?
just figured i'd show this off to create some buzz for the show.
hope to have the colors for this up next week or so.
hope to see you at the show
here is a link to the show to find out all the info about it."

You can visit Alex's deviantART page here to see all of his works, and see his line work for the litho by clicking on the smaller version below.

Is this something that we'll be able to purchase even if we don't go to TFCon?

That is all kinds of cool.
I want one.

I remember getting yelled at in school for drawing mass battles.
They said there is no future in it...

I got gypped.

That scene will look amazingly G1ish if the Henkei color schemes are applied to the Universe toys and the Classics Megatron.

I spy with my little eye:
* Cheetor and Dinobot way in the back
* Music Label Rumble and Frenzy
* Megatron and Galvatron
* Two Music Label Soundwaves (maybe one's Soundblaster?)
* Laserbeak or Buzzsaw (neither of whom have Classics/Universe toys)
* Devastator (Energon redeco)
* City Commander and CJ Upgrade Kit
* Leo Prime
* Two Infernos (maybe one's Grapple?)
* Some Autobot in Cybertron Hot Shot's first body
* Two Cybertron Scourges
* The Nemesis airbourne
* Four non-Conehead Seekers

And much much more!

Laserbeak was included with the Toys R Us exclusive release of the original G1 Soundwave toy, which was released under the Classic banner.

Sabrblade wrote:* Some Autobot in Cybertron Hot Shot's first body

That would be Roadbuster, released in a two-pack with Ratbat done up as Cybertron Sideways.

Sabrblade wrote:* Two Cybertron Scourges

One of them is most likely Bruticus. Dunno who the other one is.

Sabrblade wrote:* Four non-Conehead Seekers

Starscream, Thundercracker, Skywarp and Acid Storm.

This is so extremely awesome I wish I could go to TFCon just for it.
And Roadbuster (or Botcon 07 Springer) is just behind on that ledge.

Any idea who that Autobot is right next to City Commander?

I think it's Powered Commander, the TFcon exclusive.

This litho looks amazing, Perhaps even better than the Clasicverse poster offered at Botcon '07. I just added it to my TFcon shopping list, Only 1 more week to go!

I think one of that is Pepsi Convoy, not Inferno.

* Two Cybertron Scourges

One is Bruticus, as stated above, the other one is legends Trypticon, I think.

First, I meant neither bird-bots had a new-mold Classics/Universe toy. The TRU reissue was the G1-mold Laserbeak. Music Label Soundwave is used instead of the reissue Soundwave, so using a G1 mold seem kinda out of place here.

Second, no Roadbuster uses the Cybertron Defense Hot Shot's body, not his first body (like I said).

Still Hasbro did refer to Soundwave as the Classics Soundwave, so that's why he's there.

Movie Breakaway perhaps?

EDIT: no, it's Legends Red Alert

Ah, okay.

Hey, wait! Then why are there two Sideswipes? One is above Sunstreaker, the other is next to Inferno.

Fixed version:
"Second, no.
Roadbuster uses the Cybertron Defense Hot Shot's body, not his first body (like I said)"

WE both need to wait to see how it is colored to see for sure. But I was just presenting the fact that both have had the mold used, if you include one, you should probably include the other. Especially if you are including legends REd Alert, and regular Red Alert.

There was a Hun-Grr toy based on that mold? I didn't know that. Also, about the Red Alert, is that still coming?

Hun-Grr was in that Special Teams leaders set with Scattershot, Hot Spot, Razorclaw, and more. US exclusive to Target, I think.

As far as Red Alert, I don't think HASBRO currently has plans for the SSw mold to be used as Red Alert, but Henkei does, and so HASBRO will probably do it after the movie.

But that's just it. There is only Henkei Alert, there is no Universe Deluxe Red Alert. This image seems Classics/Universe-oriented, rather than Henkei.

So, why would Henkei Alert be in there if he wasn't released in the West?
