Henkei Inferno & Ratchet have been officially released in Japan. Both include a new mini manga installment.
Other figures that were released today included Alternity Convoy (red & silver), and Disney Label Mickey Mouse Trailer. I did not get the latter, so no pics. To my surprise, in the store that I went to - the Mickey Mouse Trailers were limited to two figures per person. This may mean that the figure was made in limited quantities and that the store feels that it will sell out quickly.

toys r us- For fans of the collectible side of Transformers that does not necessarily include just transforming toys, HASBRO produces Mighty Muggs, as another option.
These cute, little deformed toys have had many different representations of characters painted on them from Marvel Super Heroes, to Star Wars, and GI JOE.
Now TRANSFORMERS have made their debut with Wave 1 showing up at TRU, and K-Marts, as well as, comic book stores. Wave 1 includes Generation 1 versions Bumblebee, Optimus Prime, Megatron, and Soundwave.
I included picture proof of my find, only purchasing Soundwave and Optimus Prime at a Toys R Us here in Westland, MI, but I may go back and pick up Bumblebee and Megatron.

Cybertron.ca is reporting that Wave 1 of the Transformers Mighty Muggs and 25th Anniversary Optimus Prime have been released at Canadian Retail. You can post your sightings of these items by clicking
here.
I myself can can confirm these sightings as I saw them in an Ontario Walmart this morning. As usual Canadian packaging falls short of superior U.S. packaging.
The Mighty Muggs Transformers come in a generic package sporting the box front of Mighty Muggs Optimus Prime for all four wave 1 characters. Interestingly enough, the back is just a suggested sell (much the same as Movie, Universe and Animated Deluxe packaging) of both wave 1 and 2 figures including Grimlock and Starscream indicating that they aren't far behind their wave 1 counterparts.
What is probably the most interesting thing is 25th Anniversary Optimus Prime. While the packaging isn't as nice and doesn't include the DVD it does have something the U.S. version doesn't have. A properly painted Optimus Prime! Will this make this a more popular eBay catch, or will it matter to collectors outside of Canada?

Thanks to Anonymous of 4chan's /toy/ section, we have our very first full image of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Leader Class Optimus Prime.
As the image shows, he is far more detailed than the previous movies and that much more screen accurate.
And for an even larger view, click the image below.
Here's the bio from the back of Optimus Prime's box:
With the destruction of Megatron, Optimus Prime thought he was finally, after millions of years, at peace. Little did he know that the escape of Starscream would draw dozens of new Decepticons to Earth. The desire that burns brightest in his spark is that the war will soon end. He is determined to see that end come, and so he works with his human comrades and the other Autobots to hunt the Decepticons that have come to Earth, and destroy them, one by one.
Stay tuned to
Seibertron.com for more upcoming toy and movie information!
