Question about DX9 Carry Pre-Order on eBay

It's a pre-order for a reissue of DX9 Carry. Does anyone know if it's legit? I can't find any other site (such as TFSource) who have any listings for a reissue of this figure. I'm also confused about the wording of the listing where it says "only including D06T,not including other figure". There are no other figures pictured except for the transforming gun so I didn't know if that is what they were referring to. There are numerous separate identical listings for this by different sellers with the exact same description text.
