Hello, I am new here. I have been a Transformers fan since the 80s and started collecting again about 4 years ago. My Wife and I live right outside of Shelby NC and I always search for new Transformers in Shelby and Gastonia in NC and Gaffney, York and Rock Hill in SC. A couple weeks back I found TR Sentinel Prime, Scourge and Blurr at the Gastonia Walmart on hwy 74. Also went by B&B Antiques and found an original Armada Megatron in great shape for $15.00. Shelby Walmart had nothing new last weekend but still has 3 CW Leader class Skywarps and 1 Scattershot. I have found a seller on ebay in my area and picked up a G1 Dirge and Thrust.

^ Very cool, welcome to the boards! There are some other collectors in your area that post here on occasion as well. I'm in the Raleigh area myself but it's always nice to see what's around in other parts of the state too.

Picked up the last (and only) set of Sentinel Prime and Galvatron at the Apex Walmart today during my lunch hour. No other TR toys there at all, heck even most of their RiD stuff was sold through.

I went throughout North Raleigh and Cary today, and the Titans Return toys have disappeared. I saw no deluxes, voyagers, or legends anywhere, not even the seemingly undesirable Stripes. The only thing of note that I really saw was two CW Scattershots at the Marshall's on Glenwood Ave. North for 14.99. We collectors seem to have bought the scrap out of that first wave. May have to check Durham my next free day to see if it has been touched. The TRU and Target there seems to see Transformers collectors very rarely.

PS Congrats CAROLINA-TF-FAN, always nice to have additional collectors to talk to in NC, even if they are a few hours away.

Thanks, Its great to talk to other fans in the area. I stopped by the Gaffney SC Walmart on my way home from work and they only had 1 CW Trailbreaker and a few RID. I could not wait to find TR Galvatron so I bought 1 online. It arrived on Tuesday and it is great. It seems like all of the Titans Return in my area are going to be hard to find.

Scratch that previous claim, Durham is devoid of TR figures as well. Beyond a CW Starscream at Target and 3 partially clearance-priced AOE Grimlock 2-packs, there was nothing new or interesting in Durham today. I was going to get TR Blaster off of Walmart.com, bu they had already run out by my payday and switched over to ToyWiz sponsored ones that are higher priced and do not include the free store pickup. Trying to buy TR toys anywhere else online is either way more than retail or not available on those sites. Not even the Hasbro site has put up any on their shop. I am glad I was able to grab some TR before this happened, but I am hoping this trend does not keep up for the whole series.

My Wife checked Shelby Walmart for me on Friday and still no luck on Titans Return. They only had 3 Leader Class Skywarps, 1 Scattershot and a few RID. I plan to check a few stores today. If I don't have any luck I guess I will buy online again. It's unreal how much Age of Extinction is still out there, I did not collect the entire line only a few figures.

Went to a couple stores, Kmart in shelby nc nothing new, Target Gastonia NC nothing new. Then I went to Toys R Us on Franklin Blvd in Gastonia NC and found Deluxe TR Skullsmasher and Hardhead. They still and 1 Scourge, 2 Hardhead and 1 Skullsmasher after my purchase. There are plenty of CW Skywarps at each store along with Scattershot. I am going to get my TR Blaster online as I have not seen any in my area stores. Hope this helps any collectors in my area.

HTS has the wave 2 TR Titan Masters up for sale, bought all four of them and a half priced CW Cyclonus for free shipping. My car is out of commission for the next week or so, thankfully the repairs are under warranty, but I will not be able to update any sightings beyond the web, so good luck to you all out there.

Still nothing new at Gaffney SC Walmart today. I did receive my TR Blaster in the mail today, very fast shipping since I just bought him online on Saturday. It was a little over priced but for me well worth it for this great figure.

Howdy everybody!

One of my co-workers and I are trying to keep up with the Central NC finds. Not much here, though we've just started checking TJMaxx/Marshalls/Ross.

7.26.16: 3x Onslaught and 1x Scattershot at Marshalls on New Garden in Greensboro.

Got a lone Fort Max at Cary TRU this morning. Yay! Was at the Raleigh TRU later and they had a spot for them on the shelf but no stock. They did have two of Clobber, and one each of Brawn, Apeface, and Skytread (the Wave 2 Titan Masters), left all those since I'd gotten them off HTS last week.

Fort Max, That's AWESOME!!! And the last 1 that is some kinda luck. I am not seeing anything new in my area. After the few Titans Return sold out my local stores restocked with more Combiner Wars. I have not found any Titans Return Legends at all. I bought wave 1 online.

I actually went in to get the little Generations Alt-Mode Megatron. Had been the day before and accidentally grabbed two Prowls since you can only tell what they are by a tiny hole in the box. So yeah, a little bit of dumb luck but I'll take it!

Even up here in Raleigh with dozens and dozens of stores within 30 miles I do a vast majority of my Transformers shopping online. For whatever reason, the past month or so worth of releases has been a pretty even split between online/brick and mortar stores with places like Amazon not really getting much regular stock in, but I'm sure once we get into the dregs of "late summer/early fall before the Christmas resets" it'll be back to almost all online ordering.

I buy most of my Transformers online to. I do have good luck at my local stores now and then. I went into Walmart in Gastonia a couple weeks back looking for TR figures with no luck, but in the clearance section I found a Beast Hunters Optimus Prime Dragon Assault for $20. I did not collect all of the Beast Hunters line and a few years ago when this figure came out I did not buy it due to price, but $20 for a leader class size Optimus was something that I could not pass on.

Went to Gaffney SC Walmart today and still no Titan Masters. They do have 1 Sentinel Prime and 1 Galvatron still on the shelf. They also had RID Mini-Con singles on clearance for $2.50 each. I bought 7 of them that I did not have. And they do have the new RID Mini-Con 4 packs. The Shelby NC Walmart still has nothing new.

Beyond seeing wave TR deluxes and Titan Masters, nothing particularly new in the N. Raleigh area, though I have not been to TTC in about 5 days. Brier Creek Wal-Mart remodeled their toy section, but the only TR toys I saw were 2 Skullsmashers. Lynn Road Target hat at least one of each wave 1 deluxe as of yesterday afternoon and some wave 1 Titan Masters. Finally got Galvatron off of HTS, bought a second Clobber since buying it was cheaper than paying for shipping. Really wish HTS did not pull scrap like charging $24.99 for Voyagers just so it does not count toward free shipping off of $25 orders.

Two each of Wave 1 TR deluxes, legends, and Voyagers at Cary TRU, plus of 2 Fort Max. Several MP Bees and a couple Power Surge Starscreams left as well. Looked like they were still unloading stuff so might have more of the RiD exclusives if you go later on but I didn't ask about them so YMMV.

TTC TRU in Raleigh had TR Leaders, Power Surge Starscream, and more MP Bumblebees tonight to put on the shelves around 8:30 pm. Picked up Blaster and left PM OP, since I'm waiting on TT's Ginrai.

Went to my local Walmarts and nothing new. Shelby Walmart has 1 TR Sentinel Prime and 1 Galvatron. I did buy TR Astrotrain online and received it last Thursday. I also bought a Mania King / Galvatron online and its AWESOME. I have still not seen a single Titan Masters figure in my area.

Wave 2 Deluxes and Legends spotted at Lynn Rd. Target last night, was unable to count specifics, but I bought one of each Deluxe, including what I think was the last Wolfwire. Left the legends alone. If you go today you can get 10% off them with the promotion, I just bought them last night b/c I did not want to deal with the rush today or risk them getting bought up in the sale before I could get there.

Partial success! Got one of each of the Legends. Ran into Falconhood who'd also grabbed a set of the Legends and beat me to the last of the deluxes by a few minutes.

Only thing left TR is one Ravage and a Crashbash Titan Master. Some of the newer RiD Legions there though like Bisk and Groundpounder.

One set of wave 2 deluxes left at the Wake Forest Target.

And this isn't an actual sighting but guess work using brickseek, which is how I knew to go check the WF Target this morning, since I was there last night when they had nothing on the pegs or in the back. Comparing searches done at 10 pm last night, when a lot of stores were reading 0 inventory, and later after midnight for the area in and surrounding Raleigh, now with 8 inventory, and using knowledge of the Targets I checked yesterday, the following Targets received new stock and may or may not have wave 2 deluxes: Lynn Rd (that was the one that sold out of wave 2 deluxes and legends yesterday, but now it says it has more deluxes in stock), Brier Creek, Cary West (on O'kelly Chapel Rd, not the one at Crossroads, that one had 4 wave 1s yesterday), Apex, Wilson, Rocky Mount, Goldsboro, and Burlington.

The two Durham and the Holly Springs Targets already had low stock numbers when I first checked, but it looks like they increased on a later check, so check those at your own leisure.

If you do a dcpi check online and Morrisville says it has 8 deluxes, it's 8 wave 1s. I saw them all yesterday when I checked that store.

Can confirm Lynn Rd. restocked on TR deluxes, but only wave 1.
