What relevance does the racial origin of a group of people have to do with you not being able to find some figures? And since when does the decline of economic culture in that area fall solely on that group? You might not be ashamed of saying it, but you have undoubtedly offended quite a number of people in doing so. Simply arrogant.

On a happier note, bit the bullet and bought Cliffjumper and Ramjet on eBay from the States. Hey, it worked with Jetfire. I have the feeling that like Jetfire however, once the figures arrive I'll find them in stores.

Im sorry that my comments may have offeneded. Ask the cops ask at the hospital they would tell you differently. They act like they are done by but really they aren't.It's just that the bad ones really out number the good decent ones here.I really should bite my tounge but sometimes I like to really say what I think. Once again applogies[/quote]

I for one wasn't offended because i've seen the same sort of thing.

That being said though, any enthnicity can be just as bad if they choose to make nothing of their lives.

Sheogorath, Galvatron is one of those figures that for most of Sydney rocked up for a month or so in single figures at limited Kmart's and Myers then has all but gone, I havent seen a Galvatron since August last year.

But if you are looking for a Cybertron Megatron or Metroplex figure, then try your local Big W store. I ducked into Plumpton on Monday to grab some cheap Easter eggs (those Wonka Triple eggs are delicious!) and in the same section that stored the fragments of the Easter stock was a small toy clearance aisle, with Metroplex and Megatron on sale at half price $44.48.

My GF dropped into both Penrith and Blacktown Big W on her way home from Uni and there were also both figures at both stores for the same price in the old Easter egg section, as well as more figures (they had no reduced price tags, but they still scanned at $44.48) in the toy section.

May only be a Western Sydney deal, but it wouldn't hurt to go have a look if you have the time.

Shock Horror; Sightings in Australia in April are next to non-existant!

Ducked into Kmart Blacktown to look at their TMNT stock they supposedly had on sale... DIdnt have anything more than a few Don figurines and about 10 of each of those grinding figures.

They had however managed to restock with more Basic Cybertron figures than they ever had when Cybertron was actually the main line. The basics werent just from the last wave, there were Clocker, Brakedown, Swerve, Lugnutz, Repugnus, Armourhide, Overhaul and SHortround were all there.

I've found whatever Blacktown Kmart has done, all other Kmarts have done it at least 2 weeks prior.

So if you are searching for any Cybertron Basics, Kmart might be the place to look.

By the by, has anyone in Sydney seen a Menasor figure around anywhere? I havent seen one since before christmas, where I saw a lone figure at TRU Penrith...

Myer at Hornsby had couple of Menasors for a while at the beginning of this year but I think they're gone now.
They're still trying to flog off 20th DVD Prime for $149.

Dont expect it to come down (bar 20% off sales) for some time. The original 20th Prime that was available in Target ended up reduced from $130 to $110, only after 18 months sitting on the shelves.
MP02 Magnus, again at Target went from $120 to $80 only after a period of close to 2 years, and most of them were damaged.

Myer Blacktown are still trying to flog the Cybertron re-releases of RID prime and Magnus for $160, 9 months after they were first released.

I just bought Softimus Prime for my son off ebay yesterday. Some guy in NZ had about 4 of each. He also had two packs (Softimus Prime and Slumblebee) for sale. I should be seeing it next week sometime

Yeah, I can wait. Casefresh has it reduced to $110, and I'm hoping maybe they'll reduce it even more at Supanova in October.
I don't really need an MP Prime but if I see him cheap I'll probably get him.

My local Toyworld has 20th Prime for $99. Been that way for a couple of weeks.

No new sightings up here for almost 2 months. Thank Primus for eBay. Cliffjumper and Ramjet will arrive this week.

I really thought that the plushies would have jumped the pond by now, we usually only get figures a few weeks later than the Kiwi's do.
Perhaps they were realeased too early? Like Bonecrusher was apparently released too early in some US TRU's...

I'm still looking for that double pack of the Optimus Prime and Ultra Magnus RID figures in the Cybertron style packaging. Most of the Myers stores in Sydney don't seem to have them in stock anymore. Any sightings ? Thanks.

Hornsby Myer had them a while back but I think they're all gone now. I'll double check tomorrow.

Last I checked (in March) both Blacktown and Penrith had about half a dozen a piece.
If they arent on the shelves in the Transformers section, ask the people at the toy counter if they have some off display. Myer tends to hold onto older items, Myer Blacktown still had a BW10th Waspinator and Cheetor figures off display back in February.

Thanks guys - I did check with Myer out at Blacktown but no luck. Looks like I might have to go out a bit further to Penrith.

Cheers.

A whole bunch of Classic minicons out at Penrith Myer.

And a few Classic Jetfires as well.

Also managed to pick up the Transformers Cybertron double pack with RID Optimus Prime and Ultra Magnus. Pretty happy with the 35% off discount they had as part of their big brand toy sale.

Wait a second....
That means you paid about $110 for the double pack?

Even though the quality is less than their RID counterparts that is a pretty nice deal!

Penrith must be the general dumping ground for Transformers then, as TRU and Kmart always end up getting overstocked at the end of every line.

I was actually quite surprised. I knew they had a 20% off sale till 29th April and when I went to the check out the lady mentioned that there was another 15% discount on top of this as part of the big brand toy sale they had on till the 22nd April. So it ended up being around $115.00 (original price of $169).
