A few price reductions at smyths, the exclusive deluxes (buzz saw sandstorm etc) £18. I'll likely pick up buzz saw

Dragstrip for those that have been tempted by motormaster is now £18

Legacy arcee is £20.

Maybe more but that's all I noticed.

I don't think I've seen this mentioned anywhere but IndemandToys have Minerva in stock to order now. Apparently their stock is arriving tomorrow.
https://www.indemandtoys.co.uk/product/ ... e-minerva/
She's listed at £25.99, which is slightly more than I would wish for a deluxe but considering what she's probably going to hit on the aftermarket, that's going to be a steal

Unless she is like Red Alert :P same price as the velocitron deluxes so it's almost rationable for a typically American only exclusive. I'm waiting on Red Cog though, £32 for a deluxe is way too much for my liking with the exta bits not being that special even if my Grand Max needs a Cog of his own.

Aaand Minerva is sold out.
It's definitely a better price than Red Cog. I'm certainly missing those prices from just a few years ago, Red Cog being anymore than £20 back in Seige would have been seen as too much

Some more new products arriving in Smyths stores from Thursday.
SSBB Arcee and Ironhide, SS86 Arcee, SSAoE Galvatron. We're expecting 8 of each deluxe and 3 of Galvatron.
We also have the full stock of Velocitron Scourge of which we will be getting 8 of, so expect similar numbers at other stores (some stores have already had stock for Scourge but now all stores will have him in)
And finally, more than 10 days after the webstore got him, Metroplex will also be appearing in stores. My store is only getting 2 so stock for him might be a bit limited.

Discounted Studio Series and Kingdom Toys Found at TK Maxx, in the UK

Fellow Seibertronian Whirlkick has some fun news for fans in the Uk looking for deals. Here is what they wrote:

I've got some Transformers sighting news for you

I was in TK Maxx in the UK today and saw that they had some Studio Series 86 and live action figures, as well as Kingdom Tigatron. I took some photos of what I saw [you can see them below].

The prices can be found in the pictures. Scavenger is still pretty expensive but a discount is always nice. Everyone else is pretty well reduced in price though.

Oh Gods! I REALLY wish I cared about Black Zarak, but I don't. I was a putz and waited for Hasbro UK to do their second run of Scorponok (who I DO care about, as I had him as a nipper and his colors are SO much better), except they decided the UK didn't need a second run and now he costs a fortune.

So, I ask you, my fellow Seibertronians and Disgruntled Brits this:

Should I get it anyway?

I'm tempted purely because it's such a good deal (and I actively dislike this design)!

I'd recommend him, my fave transformer of last year in all fairness. His lack of bits that are noticably amiss with Scorponok (extra shoulder guns, rifle etc) don't seem to matter as much to me for him. Base mode might be a bit lacking compared to the G1 bot but it makes up for that with size and the head pit trap.

Not going to be of much use to anyone but if you have a house of fraser that is closing down. Ratbat and fumble £4 same with some decepticon micromasters

Maybe more of a use to people, smyths has a few reductions so it might be worth keeping an eye open.. Legacy Bulkhead £25
Blitzwing £40

IMHO it's proof that these things aren't selling or worth the rrp being charged but smyths discounts stuff at the weirdest of times like they did siege prime just as the wfc show was about to drop.

Yeah, I can say that sales have definitely dropped a lot in this year for Transformers. I think you're right that people just don't see them as worth the price for RRP. I'd say hopefully Hasbro will notice and make some adjustments but currently, as a company, Hasbro seem so out of touch with what fans want

I have a feeling that instead of lowering their profit margin, hasbro will lower the budget for the figures so we're getting less for less
