I was advised by a mod to create a feedback thread if my transaction went south so I am. I just want to warn others on the boards against fraud.

I had posted a thread as I wanted an MP Cheetor. I agreed to purchase a MP Cheetor from galvatron84. We agreed upon a fair price and he even mentioned that he had a figure he had the funds intended for him to buy. He gave me his paypal address and it wouldn't process.

I contacted Paypal and was told that the address was marked as 'suspicious' and the request would not go through. Galvatron84 said he never had an issue with Paypal but gave me a confirmed address of a friend of theirs I could send it to. I knew that I would have Paypal buyer protection and the payment went through without issue so it was fine.

Galvatron84 confirmed the payment with me and said he would ship by last Weds. I never heard anything from them again and filed a Paypal complaint. No one responded so it was found in my favor.

Here is the names and emails associated with the Paypal issues. I am using the names and accounts provided to me in the transactions as well as those I found by searching their posts that they gave emails to make sales.

Thanks for posting this. Galvatron84 contacted me yesterday about some of the items on my want list, and his low post count made me suspicious.

He did the same to me I was so excited too because it was for a few figures I've been searching months for but glad you posted and this thread caught my eye before I did anything rash...

If you are friends with anyone on here that you know deals off the boards shoot them a heads up about him as well. I'm surprised he just keeps scamming but thankfully people are seeing this thread.

I hate to admit it, but the guy got me this week. He responded to one of my want thread (looking for X-Transbots Aegis). We agreed to a deal. I reminded him of the rules here how someone without feedback must ship first. Well he wanted to talk over the phone, which we did. He insisted he's been burned before and needed something of good faith up front. He sounded sincere and communicated quite well. We agreed upon $15 as an iTunes gift card. Unfortunately the smallest I could buy was $25, so I did that. Stupid me should have requested to at least see a picture of the item first. Well since then, he won't respond to his phone of 631-865-5326. His email address he was using is ffxiii90@gmail.com. I hope the mods will ban him here. I've told him to send me money back, otherwise things will not be good for him. Fortunately I can track him down between the contact information he's given and family members he was speaking to while we were on the phone together (those names are key for me tracking him down).

Apparently he got me too. Why is he still allowed to post here?
he didn't have PayPal so I reluctantly agreed to send him half of the money up front in the form of a $15 iTunes gift card and haven't heard back from him since.
I wish I would have seen this post first but he really should be banned for this.

Iron, give whatever info you have to Dark. He is working on some things and I gave him advice on a similar situation I had and what I did to resolve it. If we all work together on this maybe we can make something happen. I also hope Galvatron84 is watching this thread, too, as he can see things fall apart in real-time.

Did you mail him the gift card? That is also a big help if you did as I am going to PM you as I have more on the situation I sent to the others but don't want to post out in the open.

Glitch in the system, I banned him by e-mail, that clearly doesn't work. So I've banned him by username.

Back this past September, I inquired about a BW Ravage (the X-9 Japanese one) he supposedly had up for sale. Had a few PM back and forth and was seriously thinking of pulling the trigger. I did find it curious he was asking about gift cards as a form of payment. VERY luckily I spotted figureguy's post. The timing could not have been better. I thanked figureguy and moved on since the post was clearly there for all to see. Just saw there were 18 replies to the post and I wanted to see what was going on. Had I known his deceit was this widespread, I would have helped any way I could.

I too want to see what the "fun" consists of ...

Anything further on what you were looking into with this 'person'? Just hoping we can do something to teach them a lesson.

I haven't gotten any further in the last week or two because he got banned before I could collect some more information. I'm kinda hoping he pops up elsewhere so I can get the last bit of info I need.

Actually, if a mod could tell one of his last IP addresses OR if they could plug it into https://www.ip2location.com/ and tell me the city, that might be all I need.

We're not allowed to share info on other members, so a mod won't be able to help you. Considering the circumstances, you can ask Burn, but I doubt he'll give you the info.

We really can't divulge that sort of information. (Ryan the site owner may say otherwise, but that's something that's really his call) Sorry guys.

I ordered C-319 Landcross instructions from him over 3 weeks ago, 25 bucks, never got it.

Did you get any contact information for him that wasn't already posted here?
