What's with it with Singaporeans in ebay?

Been into ebay since 2009. I have a lot of sellers stories.......62 total. Most standup and 2 kind of underhanded selling me a somewhat not so accurately described item. Out of the 61 buyers, I got refunded from one because of non delivery (by a baddie gringo). 58 others gave me 100% feedback. Ever wonder what happened to the other 2 vendors? Zip.....nada, no feedback.
Where they from? Singapore.
Iirc, I made inquiries on 2 other Singaporeans concerning the status/details of their TF products...........I got zilch response. Sure, a couple of "gringos" were not too hospitable......hey, their loss.....but Singapore? What are they? Deaf mute 'la?
People from HK,China, Taiwan,Hungary, Philippines,Costa Rica, Netherlands,UK and Greece......such charming lads! The others were also from the USA that were okay (not counting the two I mentioned)
Why'd I mention it again?
I just scored a win with a non transforming Reflector for MP-05G. Vendor from Taiwan. Kind of stilted during our conversations but a real stand up guy. Instant feedback.
Anyone experienced the same issues?
