Kapow Toys/ Premium Finish Studio Series Optimus Prime SS-02

Already made a similar post in TFW2005 but trying to cover all bases and looking for advice. Preface by saying I pre-ordered SS-02 in November 2021 from Kapow Toys, and I started seeing reviews of the figure around that same time, and a bit into 2022, so I'm assuming around that time the figure released in some places. We're now halfway through 2023 and I still haven't received an invoice from Kapow, I've been in touch with them twice now since ordering it and each time they tell me that the item has not yet released in the UK and has been 'delayed' by the manufacturer.
Basically just wondering if anybody else ordered this figure from Kapow or has had a similar experience? I'm not entirely sure what to do now as if I'd have known I'd be waiting over a year for it I would have gotten it sooner from somewhere else, but looking for SS-02 now and it's like double it's retail price on Ebay and other places.
Kind of annoyed to be honest as I'd been led to believe that Kapow was reliable but I've never had an experience like this from anywhere in my life so I'm not really sure what to do... I'd love to hear suggestions or advice!
