Fellow Seibertronian Sowndwave76 has sent us images of new g1 Transformers statues being sold at Target. They are from the Zoteki line and each are being sold at Target for $7.99 USD.

The bases of the statues can be connected to complete a full scene of the 6 figures I saw-- Megatron, Soundwave, Starscream, Optimus Prime, Grimlock (in Dino mode), and Bumblebee.

havent seen these at my target yet. what they did have however was a metallic gold super 7 reaction bumblebee with holofoil art. for $20. which is why I didnt buy it.

these remind me of some of the titanium mini figs. neat and all, but look a little bit too goofy for me.

Kinda ugly, especially Megatron big helmet and Prime animation error head, but I guess they're probably fine for $8. Bee, Megatron, and Starscream seem to be suffering from "same face syndrome".

Not sure when that "iconic scene" happened, but I'm down for that Grimlock.

IMO this is one of those product lines that started with a good idea, but the execution is definitely lacking...
Grimlock looks the best to me, the others look too cartoony in a bad way; unless you just love any incarnation of one of these characters, I see these shelf-warming.

They look like Dollar Store knock-offs.
