It really is. It's a great set in vehicle mode

Got several old movie toys this week, having some fun with them.

Hubcap is really neat, I love this alt mode. I think I am just going to call him Volt though.

That Hubcap is an amazing mold; especially for the time of release.
If i remember correctly, Toyhax has a G2 set for him...

I may have to get that... He does look good with G2 Jolt.

I have been enjoying Bee and Ratchet lately. Bee was my first ever Autobot and my 2nd ever Transformer after the 07 voyager Megatron, and i still really like the mold. These colors are super busy, with all the sponsorship, but I like how much black he has with the yellow.

As for Ratchet, the 07 Ratchet voyager mold is an all timer. It is really solid, had a big presence for the price and class, looks good, moves good, and has a bunch of interesting stuff. It is a great mold. And with the black primary color and the green accents, he is real nice. This is my 2nd of the mold after the desert tracker version, and both are superb.

Whoa, awesome! I like how it has the lightning bolts instead of flames, that's a cool touch.

I'd really like to see this mold in an AOE-accurate deco!

I always loved that mold and that deco. That's a great-looking piece. Was it a store sale or a private deal? His prices are usually unreasonable so I'm guessing he cut you some kind of deal.

I love the deco on this guy, it is super slick!

Combination of both. It was a good deal no matter what though

I figured as much. Even though I liked the leader class Prime (both versions) from AoE, that mold is still my favorite, in any deco. I had the Evasion version and used it as my G2 comic rep, since it was red and blue instead of rusty.

Found a Robot Replicas Barricade today to go with my Bumblebee! Love the packaging for these figures!

Nice pickup! I have never bought one of those robot replicas, but I have been tempted before. A sort of proto-RED series figure, if you will.

i did actually add a new movie toy that I wanted to share: AOE Rollbar. He may be a T30 Skids repaint, but i have always liked this mold, and honestly, I like how he works into the SS shelf.

I am also excited that the Den is extremely close to being done, so I can share a nice big movie shelf with you all soon.

Looks awesome; DMax. Great work on the setup. Any risers in the near future for the backs of the shelves?

Thanks!

SS has some risers in the back. The other shelves will not be getting risers, they are a good balance of tall to short figures, plus no height space

Awesome collection, D-Max!

Here’s some pics I grabbed of the Final Battle Jazz and ROTF Barricade I got recently!

Final Battle Jazz is a figure I went looking for back in the day but never found, I’m glad to have it now! I’ve experienced the mold before with ROTF Smokescreen, but the big draw for this guy is the more screen accurate weapon. There’s also an impressive amount of retooling for the battle damage on him!

ROTF Interrogator Barricade is my first experience with the mold, and it’s really cool! The punching gimmick is pretty fun and surprisingly unobtrusive.

I have interrogator Barricade, and I love the vehicle mode eyes.

Final Battle Jazz was my Jazz for a long time, the only one actually, and it is a fun toy.

On movie toys, I did get the DotM Wreckers BotShots, so I am not very far away from owning all of the movie Wreckers in all of their forms. I think at this point I just need speed star Topspin, the non-transforming robot mode Roadbuster, and the legion Leadfoot with the Target logos (I have the regular release).

I started grabbing up the Wreckers toys I didn't have yet, I want to complete the toy page. I am very close: i now own every Roadbuster toy; I only need Kreo Leadfoot and the legion sized one with the actual target on its belly; and I still need BeCool Topspin, TTC Topspin, and Speed stars topspin; and the recent Micromachine ones. Otherwise, I have the rest!

Here are some pics of stealth force topspin, who has proven to be the most fun of the recent pickups. I love this gimmick, this is the first time I have gotten to experience it.
