That Battletrap is a great piece of work! I probably don't comment as often as I should, but I also enjoy looking at all your customs, they're beautiful. Hasbro should definitely take some hints.

As it is, the lockdowns during Covid destroyed everyone's immune systems and they are still trying to recover so I've been busy trying to keep people healthy. Clinic hours wait for no man.... :BOOM:

I can't say how much I personally appreciate your work, bro. If we ever meet, the first round is on me. And probably the second and the third.

Unless you're from Wisconsin you won't last more than three... 8-}

Thank you so much! I've lived all over but Wisconsin hasn't been one of them, at least not yet!

And I know what you mean about clinic hours! I still get weekends (usually) to work on these in med school, but once I hit residency It's gonna be a little trickier to find the time to work on these xD

Med school? Nice. I'm an NP, but only because I had self-esteem issues in college and didn't think I could do the doctor thing. Kind of feel foolish now...

What specialty or are you going FP/IM?

Not too sure yet, thinking maybe anesthesia or family practice!

Just finished work on my latest custom, Battletrap! 3D printed a gun for him that's a bit larger than intended but I think still looks cool xD

Well done!

And if you ask me, Battletrap's gun was undersized in the movie proper, this works much better

This was my thinking. A larger, highly detailed new RED mould for Megs. With a Gun Mode accessory that fits in '86 Starscream's hand. That is the easiest and most onscreen accurate way they could release Megatron in the SS'86 line.

Thank you! I’ll have to look at the movie scenes again because a lot of the 3rd party ones I’ve seen look a bit undersized.

Well in either case, I recommend looking at rural health care. I got in on a rural health loan repayment program. You work in a designated "hazard" facility (meaning they don't have enough providers for the population) for three years and they write off HUGE chunks off your loans. Like 85%. I'm loan free only 2 1/2 years after graduation. As a matter of fact, my facility is actively recruiting FPs...come work here and we can discuss Transformers and get drunk. Because Wisconsin- outdrinking every state since 1848!

Sorry to interrupt this medical love in! :-P But that is top notch work taking Battletrap and making it GREATER! I too wish I could possess half that talent...well crafted Evasion BB! Had the powers :HASBRO: / :TAKARATOMY: put out what you created I would have snapped it up in a blink.

And I too thought of Platinum/Henkei/United Megatron being a cool futuristic pistol. If you're listening :HASBRO: / :TAKARATOMY: you can redesign this cool pistolA while giving Megatron the great bot mode he so rightfully deserves and then a 3rd Party can step in making a upgrade set for a awesome G1 look....'nuff said!!! :KREMZEEK: :VEHI:

Hey now, let's get back on track here! The only kind of drug to be discussed is the shape-changing plastic kind 'round here. ;)

But seriously, we really do need those SS Bayverse Dinobots to be on the way. Grimlock is pretty lonely, even if that's how he likes it.

Hasbro really shouldn't have saved all of their big reveals for March. When stuff is in American stores before being officially announced, especially for one of their major fan brands, that's a big problem. I miss the old days when we'd be shown stuff half a year in advance, nowadays we're lucky if they give us two months. During Archer's and Warden's runs we'd get shown a ton of stuff at Toy Fair in February for the fall, whatever was missing from Toy Fair and some of the winter stuff at BotCon (along with a teaser of future stuff that couldn't be photographed) usually in the spring or early summer, the rest of the winter stuff and our first look at the following year's line at SDCC in August, and more stuff for the following year and our first hint at the next Titan at NYCC in October. You'd think with so many things being leaked on a regular basis they'd want to get well ahead of it and I don't mean just naming a character on the "Space Bridge" streaming segment they don't even do any more.

I have every expectation that the next wave of SS will be officially revealed and placed directly up for order at the March reveal event. I don't like it, but it is what it is.
