Apologies if I've missed it, but has anyone here used the Gigawatt sheet? I'm seriously tempted by it...

If you're tempted by a set, just go for it. Your feeling is enough.

If you have never bought any repros before, most of the time the stickers are of high quality and never peel off unless your environment is stupidly humid.

@RotorstormNZ, I personally haven't bought that set but @Kanrabat said it best. Their sets are good and even with smaller sticker sets they add alot to the overall look.

BTW I just applied the Draculus set. I left out the drooling blood and all faction symbols because they made no senses for me.

The overall look is amazing!

Just wanted to share some photos of the sticker set for Lego Optimus Prime. While this set isn’t cheap it definitely adds the needed detail to give it that extra G1 look.

Enjoy!

I worked double on my Holiday Optimus and my friend's.

All in one night.

Now praise me.

That set does look good and much needed stickers for the inside part of the trailer.

Good job @Kanrabat

Thanks! (ง⚆ω⚆)ง

And yeah, that all white trailer was way, way too lifeless. With the sticker set, it's alive. I did ER Optimus and the SG one (using deadtimus's trailer). Only my Nemesis Prime is left to get the sticker upgrade. Might as well get to it.

Hey why not, finish them all. Looking at this set, it is almost tempting to buy this Holiday OP. Another one that is tempting too buy is the sticker set to transform the Wreck n use Bulkhead into General OP. Of course i am retired Army, so i love Army vehicles but that set is pretty cool and what it adds to the figure itself.

My next set might be for Legacy Override. That set definitely gives Override that much needed look.

You should hurry to get Holiday Optimus. What little stock remain may sell quickly. You won't regret it because it's very good. Add the repros and you get perfection.

As for Nemesis, it's expensive as hell because that's 35$US total. At least I had over 6$US in robocents so that did soften the blow a bit.

Here is a nice conversion sticker set to transform your Siege Sideswipe into G2 Go-Bots Optimus Prime. In addition you do get the blue axe and i chose to buy the red rifle to complete the look. While you can utilize Deep Cover’s head and hands as an option, i just stuck with the stickers provided. My opinion this is one of the best conversion sticker sets I’ve bought.

Enjoy

Speaking of conversion stickers, that Magnificus set is incredible.

But damn are those eye stickers hard to apply!

Quoting myself to show how amazing it is:

I bought the set for General Optimus Prime to turn my :WRECKERS: Legacy Bulkhead into "G1" AoE Hound. Now he have a "beard" and with Legacy Red Cog's weapons, he's perfect. I've got lots of leftover stickers for some future customs.

Finally, a the Repro set plus the upgrade kit for Joe Megs is a must. The canopy stickers were a challenge to install. I also customised a special "secret" symbol for inside the cockpit. Overall, once upgraded, everything is PERFECT.

Nice new looks for all three, definitely love the set for Magnificus. I did buy the GEN OP conversion sticker set. I will say the stickers for the mace ball was a slight pain but not bad looking.

Because I made "AoE Hound", those mace stickers were not used. They went into the spare stickers drawer. I also keep the used stickers sheet that have good "negative spaces stickers" on them like the all red sheet from the Joe Megs set. They often come in handy.

Oh, and if you order the Magnificus set, good luck with the eye stickers. Those were a STRUGGLE to install. All these times those tiny stickers jumped like fleas to no-mans-land... #-o

The latest two sticker sets i bought was for Legacy Shadowstrip and Skullgrin. Obviously any set can make the character look a lot better. Some sets can give a total update/transformation while others just give it that missing detail. Case point are these two sets. For Shadowstrip though, i only applied the stickers as displayed in vehicle mode on my diorama. I do love the detail the set adds for Skullgrin, so much better. The next set coming is for the Legacy Armada Starscream, so that should make him look a ad better while displayed sitting next to Tarn on my Space Brdge diorama.

Enjoy,

IMO, there's not much difference on Skullgrin, but that Shadowstrip is BOSS.

I found myself a G1 Kup earlier this year. While the figure itself was in fairly good condition, he was missing his own gun (he was holding Twin Twist's!) and most of the stickers were deteriorated or missing. So I went the Toyhax route, and got a new sheet for him to totally rejuvenate him, as well as finally testing out the Toyhax Armory to give him his proper weapon.

Very happy with the results. I'm glad his gun is correct, although now with a spare Twin Twist gun, it looks like there's some G1 Battle Chargers in my future! I should be getting to Pink Hot Rod in a few weeks, can't wait to display the two together!

A weaponless G1 Twin-Twist is worth NOTHING so that's an easy buy.

I find it amazing that Toyhax sell replicas of G1 weapons. That's a great alternative.

@Whifflefire, Your G1 Kup is looking good. I’ve bought a few G1 stickers from Toyhax to revive a select number of mine, it works. A nice touch with the weapon from their armory too.

My Encore G1 Skylynx din't had its stickers applied when I bought him. So I applied them. They stuck for a while but barely some weeks later, they started peeling off. What cheap stickers... Years later and the thing was ugly.

So I finally decided to get the Reprolabels for G1 Skylinx. Removing the previous stickers were easy enough (they removed themselves on their own after all.)
The I applied the repros.

A word of warning though. The coloring, texturing, and even some shapes are not exactly the same compared to the original stickers. But at least they look great and so far, they don't peel off. Also, those bonus stickers for Lynx's face are very appreciated.

@Kanrabat, thats good you were able to hook up your Skylynx and a very good point about the Toyhax stickers. While they do look like the original stickers there is some slight color differences on some. I notice that when i applied the stickers for my G2 Dinobots. Even more so, back when i bought G1 Fort Max, his stickers were shot, so i bought the set from Toyhax. That set was pretty darn close to the gorilla ones.

My latest sticker set was for Legacy Armada Starscream. The set is ok. I applied pretty much all of them on him, minus the eyes, i wasn’t going to miss with that. Extremely tiny! I do like added detail it gives to the Star Saber sword and his actual sword.

The next one i am considering is for Legacy Metalhawk.

Metalhawk is no longer "naked".

I did Hoist and Trailbreaker a while ago and I gave them some accessories from the Centurion set.

I got their Select recolors and I finally applied the Repros to them too. Some leftover labels were given to Trailbreaker and Hoist. As for the Select ones, I turned them into the Shattered Glass versions of Trailbreaker and Hoist.

With some 3D printed upgrade kit for Lazer Prime came a sword that I didn't used. So I gave him to SG Trailbreaker. Only SG Hoist needed an extra weapon. So I custom made a "torture device" with a missile launcher from some BW toy (TM Cybershark?) and the rubber claw hand from some 1 step ROTF Megatron.

What do you think?
