So...has anyone who took advantage of this deal had their item actually ship yet? I placed the order Monday afternoon. A FedEx label was made that same day, with delivery scheduled for Wednesday the 9th. As I look now, my Target account still says Wednesday the 9th delivery, the money has been taken from my account, and it still sitting ( presumably) at a Target distribution center just a few hours from.my home. Fedex hasn't even picked it up yet.

I did this online thinking that, surely, this is such a good deal, the one Target near me that carries Titans would be out. Nope they had 2 in stock today. :BANG_HEAD:

I just hope this isn't one of the occasions where Target realizes they messed up with the stackable discounts, and cancels/ refunds orders.

Also, Amazon is running a deal almost as good right now. Prime members can get Metroplex at 24% off, plus an additional $38 dollar coupon at checkout brings it to about $125 after-tax. At this point, it might be worth the extra $10 or so for the reliability of Amazon over Target. The only downside is estimated delivery is December 1st, so you have to wait a couple of weeks.

Amazon can be just as unreliable.

I wouldn't want it for $17.00. lol

I wanted The Nemesis but all I got was this piece of crap!

Isn't it funny how Haslab can immediately make Dezarus to go with Star Saber but they can't/won't make The Nemesis to go with The Ark? :(

Just could, but chose not to. So what? Just wait till next year.

Yup! "just wait" I always have to wait for what I want. Just wait for The Nemesis but there is no guarantee they'll ever make it. Because what robot would it transform into? I would be happy with just a non-transformable ship/playset like the Legacy Millennium Falcon but they'll have to make it transform into something.

Just wait for the full set of leader Dinobots. Isn't it nice how they're draggin their feet releasing all 5 leader Dinobots but PrimevsPrime already has his full set of stolen Legacy Stunticons? I don't want the Stunticons but I want to finish up my Dinobot set. So they release the Stunticons in record time but take friggin forever to release Snarl & Swoop.

This is why I hate Hasbro! Metroplex & Backstop were easily the worst toys from the Cybertron line. So they waste money & resources making a Titan Metroplex that nobody wanted or asked for. But something that would actually make sense like a Titan Nemesis to go with the Ark? Nah!

Since when are Titans made in pairing years? Just because we get a Titan one year doesn't mean we'll immediately get their rival the next. G1 Metroplex (2013) and Trypticon (2017), Devastator (2015) and Omega Supreme (2019), Fortress Maximus (2016) and Scorponok (2020), Grand Maximus (2018) and Black Zarak (2022), none of these came out in consecutive years so it's unrealistic to think things would be different for the Nemesis.

But it's heavily rumored / all but confirmed that the Nemesis is coming next year.

Urgh. As a Transformers collector, these prices are absolutely amazing. As a Transformers retailer, these prices are what kills small businesses. They are selling these figures for significantly less than my wholesale costs and its inventory that I have had trouble moving all year long. I love selling the new toys in my store, but the market is incredibly volatile when you are competing with big box retailers. I think I prefer buying and selling used Transformers toys! The big box guys can't compete directly with that.

You guys should jump on these prices because this is the kind of stuff that small business owners look for. Those Kingdom Rodimus Primes look really tempting at those prices to stock up for my store. I see his price going up in the future!

Yeah for sure, that's the ultimate Rodimus toy right there. Any fan getting into collecting in the next few years will definitely want it.

We didn't post non sponsor news about black friday deals today because there really wasnt much. It seemed like just a dumping ground on the amazon front, nothing engaging (anyone still want Apeface?). Amazon canada was better but everything sold out rather quickly. There are really good deals across the web for a bunch of other toys though, some really good deals on Lego. But nothing of not for TFs this year.

Outside of Pulse, doesn't seem like TFs got a good sale this year.

I'm super annoyed because a lot of stuff that came in stock over the past few weeks got added to their sale today, and it irks me that some stuff went on sale so soon after coming in stock. It's making me rethink the preorder process

You're not alone, a LOT of people have a bad taste in their mouths after the last month or so. You'd faint if you knew how much I got hit for in a five day period. The flipside is that you run the risk of missing out on the figure you really want.

The Pulse sale was only really good for either Pulse Premium members or people that ordered a lot to spread out the shipping cost. I had the Fallen in my cart, but even with the 20% off, after adding in shipping and tax the price was $5 more than if I picked it up at Target where Leaders are only $50.

Vintage BW Scorponok found at Ross for $15 and Kingdom Deluxes at $10

We got some good news for the deal hunters out there. TF fan Chris over at the Cybertron Café on Facebook reported some deals he found at his local Ross. The Walmart exclusive vintage Beast Wars Scorponok was $15 and the Kingdom deluxes were $10. The deluxe figure shown below is Pipes which means it's the later waves which maybe not everyone found in stores.

Are any of you still looking for these later wave Kingdom deluxe toys? Will you be running to Ross? Let us know!

My apologies for the "vagueness" of this, but I was just at Target and was kind of in a hurry, so I didn't take pictures. Once I had already left the store, and started going over it in my head...

"Hey that's a pretty good deal"...even though they had nothing I wanted, I believe Generations voyagers were on sale for $23 (My local store had lots of AoE Galvatron, and SS86 Ironhide, so a great opportunity to get those new items at a discount), and Leaders I *think* were $35. The SS86 Screamers were finally gone, but the Galvatrons were still there. Now they just need to do something to clear out all the old Buzzworhty stuff clogging shelves.

My local stores have long since sold out of Red Cog, but you can get him on sale online for $22. So basically regular prince now, without the exclusivity markup.

Woaho, so those starscreams did sell finally, nice. I wonder if our friend Soundwave still sees that pile of them at his store or not.

By the way, the markup for Cog isn't for his exclusive status, he comes with a bunch of accessories making him a weapons pack of sorts.

It's cool that you could have taken advantage of the sale if you wanted to, my local store got wiped out on Black Friday, maybe I'll check again Friday and see if they restocked. I saw the sale in the flier for this week, but when I checked online it said the only thing that was part of the sale was Red Cog. The photo in the ad was of SS Blitzwing so I just sort of wrote the whole thing off. Man, the selection at Target.com is pretty dire.

My Target didn't get anything new for the holidays yet in TFs, the same SS86/Buzzworthy Kups are still there, along with several Galvatrons, Dinobots, terrorsaurs, and a few of the cyberverse 3-packs

were there really good deals for black friday on TFs at target? Or they just all got picked up as part of the holiday shopping kick off

Target really didn't have anything good toy wise for Black Friday. I think they are having sales now to move inventory however. Yes I agree they need to clear out all that Buzzworthy stuff because it's literally choking out the mainline ( kind of like what Velocitron is starting to do at Walmart). It is odd.that my local store got so many SS Galvatrons and Ironhides, but I imagine with the same many of them will move this week.

I'm just excited about the prospect of possibly seeing Sludge now that all those Coronation Screamers'are finally gone, at least from some Targets in my area.

I'm having real buyer's remorse getting vintage Scorponok for $40, $15 would have been a great price for him. Ah well.
