Alas, poor Ratchet. Such a tragic end he saw ...and his horrific death was, once again, due to the fact that he just had too many toys made in his blessed visage.
Michael Bay needs to learn how to develope and update his characters over a longer period of time before he decides to summarily execute them.
This statue stands as a
gravestone tribute to a good Autobot. One that should've lived much longer. (Along with Jazz, too.)

Michael Bay isn't the one responsible for making that happen. The
writers are.

Believe the best is yet to come.
Besides if the concept art shows Barricade and Megatron coming back,it opens the door to all kinds of possibilities with previous Transformers. The news of plans to shared universe and a more unified continuity is a reason to be excited

Four posts in. That's gotta be a new record for the number of posts it took for this statement to get repeated.

Not necessarily hard to see why. It's just a common opinion.

Then it wouldn't have been a record.

I really wish this was a high-end action figure rather than a statue. But ah well.

Am I the only one annoyed by his perpetual Joker smile? I just don't like those upward curled cuts in his top lip.

After the grey prototype seen at
Wonderfest 2016, we have a full colour update from
Prime 1 Studio about their PMTFBW-01 statue: Optimus Primal! Check out a whole load of images below, and head
here for more.
"In the spark of an enemy, there will be salvation. And in the darkest hour, there will be a light."
Prime 1 Studio is proud to present PMTFBW-01: Optimus Primal from Beast Wars: Transformers. Optimus Primal is one of the most prominent and well-recognized Maximals in Transformers history. Young and untested, Optimus Primal was a mere captain of an exploration ship when he and his crew were diverted off-course to pursue a stolen Predacon ship under the leadership of Megatron. To Commemorate the 20th Anniversary of Beast Wars, we have crafted Optimus Primal with attention to details and true to the original design of the character. The base on which it stands features a defeated Waspinator among the jungle environment. The statue of Optimus is fitted with LED light-up eyes. The whole statue including the base stands at an impressive 25 inches tall. This is the ultimate Optimus Primal piece for all Beast Wars: Transformers fans.
Statue Features:
-Size approximately 25 inches tall [(H):63cm (W):40cm (D):46cm]
-LED light up function on head
-One (1) Switchable Normal Head
-One (1) Switchable Angry Head
Exclusive version:
-One (1) Switchable Battle Mask Head
Edition Size:
- Exclusive Version: 500
- Regular Version: 1000
Retail Price: $999 US

With the Masterpiece being widely regarded as perfect, isn't this kinda superfluous?
Saying that, the Waspinator wreckage is kinda awesome.
