I think I like it better than Megs. It's not trying to shoehorn in the entire G1 body where it doesn't belong and it integrates better overall.

I get why they choose Bumblebee but honestly, I glanced at it and wondered if they resurrected Landmine from the 2007 movie all spark power line

Has it said how many they'll do of these or is it a case by case basis?

Wow, really really nice. Almost looks like a non transforming vehicle. Getting more hotshot vibes with the wheels rather than Bumble Bee but the only joe/action man vehicle I could even think ot fit Bees colors is a dinghy -not that I know many Joe vehicles.

Would be tempted for a Beachcomber repaint/head :) obviously with Beachhead figure

BeachComber would have made more sense but Bumbleebee is the one of the face for modern tranformers.

Tried to order it and Hasbro Pulse wouldn't let me saying I'd already ordered the Max ammount I was allowed too. -.- That was a neat trick that I ordered it before I knew about it.

I know a lot of fans criticized the Megatron HISS thank, but this BB jeep just looks way worse IMHO. The Green and Yellow just look awful together

I would have preferred an original character rather than Bumblebee "in cosplay."

Regardless, that set is freaking awesome and I'll pre-order it oncevit go liveca5 Amazon.ca.

Not entirely surprised they're going with bankable TF characters to make these a safe sell (at least that's what I'm guessing.) I do think this 'Bee wears the alt mode better than Megs, however.

Am I the only one thinking these Xover Transformers are getting progressively sloppier in appearance? They started out pretty strong - Ectotron and Gigawatt were good. But these more recent ones seem like they're not putting nearly as much effort into it. And Bumblebee for this one? Why not one that makes more sense, more military themed, like Hound?

I'm thinking the opposite on the crossovers. they seem to be getting more effort put into them as they go along with Jurrasic Park being a bit of an exception or 50/50 as they didnt have to much for the T-rex (a good thing) and the jeep having great paint on an almost bad ko like product.

If they do the joe jeep then that will be hound much like the previuos Joe/TF crossover vehicle.

The designs do seem... getting worse as the line progresses, but don't forget that the first few had solid bases that they worked from. The latest are all from scratch more or less, and I'm starting to suspect that the retools are mostly TakaraTomy's work, while the original designs are mostly Hasbro. Not the first time Hasbro went solo on Transformers: look at Energon Grimlock & Swoop and Deluxe High Wire and tell me they don't have a different "feel" to them.

Wanted Prime as a HAVOC, but this is pretty decent.

I would have liked a Siege hound redeco for the V.A.M.P. Bumblebee should have been just Goldbug. Maybe a classics prime retool/redeco for whatever this is:https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/w6UAAOSwqCdercUy/s-l500.jpg I'm greatly disappointed with Megatron, they could have integrated all that back kibble and sacrificed the stupid mech gimmick. Turning the HISS tank grey or Megatron Black would be just fine. I'd really like to see snow cat as a Siege Ironhide retool, look it up (all those customs look awesome :D )

And this A.W.E. striker looks like it would fit better for Beachcomber.

My opinions on how bad this is aside  , I could see HAVOC Prime as an easy snow cat retool, who itself would be retooled from the siege Ironhide mold. :BOOM:

I'm not sure if this is better or worse than Megatron as a figure. I just think this team up is lazy. Beachcomber would have been better for this vehicle mode, and Bumblebee was Goldbug in the GI Joe crossovers anyway at some point. I'll probably just get myself a Siege Hound, pretend it's a V.A.M.P. and call it a day. I'm hating that Megatron kibble/transformation. It reminds me of how the Star X Wars Transformers refused to use the alt mode for robot mode. Wondering if someone's made some easy customs or re-uses.

When Hasbro realizes they are doing a good job, the remember they forgot to rip people off.

Megatron as H.I.S.S. Tank makes sense. But the figure design is terrible! Bumblebee makes no sense at all, but doesn't have as bad kibble?

Beachcomber doesn't have the wide appeal that Bee does. Yes, I know it's aimed at collectors but I think there is more potential for the AVERAGE PERSON to buy a BB figure than a Beachcomber figure. And ANYTHING to bump the bottom line...

I just have to say ...

I like the collaborative line. Ecto and Giga were both clear hits, but I like the rest too. Flawed? Yes. But still. Some design decisions have me scratching my head, but I still like the line, in general.

I've made me peace that BB is a big face of the franchise. Beacomber fits the alt. mode, but paying $100+ for him hurts. And then you have a guy all about pacifism paired with a Joe? If they're going to make these name TFs then they may as well go for the big names.

Exactly, I don't see why it's that surprising really. Bee sells, end of. Now if they go for larger figures (should they continue) then we could see Prime and Starscream.
