A weapon

Imagine if he turned into a gun like the one Barricade used in DOTM, that would be perfect.

My suspicion is that this guy is one of the Terrorcon generic troops we saw in the big fight scene at the end of the trailer.

I choose to believe he turns into an actual freezer - someplace I can store my ice cream!

With his limbs spread out like that, he's a ninja star. Or a Cybertronian snowflake.

If he turns into a weapon that can work with the Terrorcons in alt mode, I imagine this could be used as a base for a Frenzy figure to mount on Barricade.

I think Freezer looks neat. Arcee, her not so much.

I don't think it's been pointed out, but the rear of Arcee's alt mode is mistransformed. Her head likely moves out of the way and her shoulders fold into that space with her arms coming together. I like her, she has some complexity that we don't see too often at Core class. She'd also make an excellent update of Energon Omnibot Arcee, just needs a bow.

Yeah, and I’m 90% sure that the wheels on the back of her legs aren’t pushed in all the way.

Listings on Amazon Australia tend to precede reveals from Hasbro. So I think we'll get ROTB toy reveals soon.

I just transformed the SS DotM Bee. It was easy enough to figure our even if it was a bit fiddly. Nothing popping off, and it's pretty stable.

But damn is that car tiny! Almost like SS 07 Jazz. Still great looking in both modes regardless.

I wonder if they withheld a clear shot of the Freezer "alt" modes because they look crummy or something... That shot above looks about as involved a transformation as Cyberverse Shockwave's spider tank mode.

Arcee is looking great!
It feels nice to see that the Studio Series is still trying to have the robot modes to be in scale.

Yeesh! Let’s hope mode #3 is actually cohesive so we can forget that abomination of an alt-mode.

Now it's up to 4? Maybe they'll go all Kronoform on us and claim he has 8 or 9 on the box.

I still say Arcee looks like some sort of female counterpart to CyKill. Look into her eyes!

The listing said three altmodes. That's what Hellscreen9999 was talking about.

Ummm, yeah, I read the description Sabrblade. I just meant that if the random-sprawling configuration in the pic is seriously an alt, and the one they wanted to show off first, they may as well claim Freezer has a dozen by going this route:

I think they're just trying to hide how the figure interacts with larger figures until later.

I don't see a problem with the alt mode shown, it's a stationary gun like a Cybertronian howitzer.

It was pretty odd to be able to order a new Transformers toy today and have no image of its alt mode. Well, a photo has surfaced from Hasbro, showing one of Freezer's 3 weapon modes. It gives the idea of a cybertronian turret/howitzer. While the two new core class figures are available on Pulse, they also put a listing for the Walmart exclusive Beast Wars Iguanus reissue. It is $24.99.

Sometimes I genuinely miss the old SW-X-overs line.

Well, mostly because I'm finally trying to kitbash one, and just discovered the screws are so tight I might destroy it and don't want to spend $100 on a replacement, but still, t'was a fun time. I'd love a Baby-Yoda-Former today.

Now to see if he can somehow hold onto all 4 sabers in weapon mode without killing his wielder!
