That Optimus Prime part should belong to the DotM Ultimate figure, it's part of the pinned(!) shoulder armor assembly:

I think you can see why that part breaks off a lot.

:EDIT: That double-barreled gun should belong to Prime Weaponizer Bumblebee.

That's weird about the Ultimate Optimus shoulder pieces. The pieces I have are not broken. I wonder if there was a running change on that mold where they got rid of the pin. Seems odd that there wouldn't be a pin still there with a broken piece of the clear plastic on the various pieces I have here in my store.

Thanks for the tip about the double-barreled gun. :)

It could be that your pieces are remnants from a custom.

I doubt it from the collections I get. I think most of these collections I get are parents selling their kids old toys. These collections don't strike me as collections from collectors. The pieces also don't look like a pin was ever pushed out of them either.

That gold piece with the ball joint is also from Ultimate Prime.

I figured out that one of those red missiles belonged to Fast Food Premium Transformers Prime Starscream. Not the most exciting of discoveries, but it's back where it belongs at least!

Here i go again! Just got in a large parts lot yesterday. Man I love doing this! Once I've gone through everything I can place, I'll update you guys with the remaining parts. I'll probably do that on Sunday. Just wanted to share pics of what I got in before I go through it all and start separating it out. I'm pulling out the Costco Armada Starscream parts, Universe Skywarp and armada Unicron parts right now.

I went after this parts lot because it had parts I needed to complete an Armada Jetfire and a Powerlinx Jetfire (the black wheel piece that attaches to that white armor landing thing are always missing).

The lot had a small number of G1 KOs in it which just will go into the MASSIVE KO Transformers box that I have that I can never figure out what to do with, and there are some parts that belong to other toy lines like Beetlejuice and Gobots.

Ohh, very nice. I see a ton of R.I.D parts there. Parts that should not be separate from other parts.

Yah there's some junk in there that'll just add to more junk piles but there was a lot of parts in there to complete other figures to sell as well. Gotta take the good with the bad. Get to complete a couple of Armada Sideways as well thamks to the motorcycle front piece with head and handlebars being in there. Can't wait to see what else I can complete with all of the parts!

At least I see the rest of the Armada Prime trailer now. You might have a complete one now.

if you come across an R.I.D Rapid Run, I'd happily take it off your hands for a reasonable price even if its not entirely complete.

I have several complete ones here already except Armada Prime is always missing the arm smokestacks. Those are the parts I need right now. Hopefully I'll get some soon!

Prime's arm smokestacks are incredibly losable, they peg somewhat loosely onto the arms, and clear plastic to boot. Good luck finding those. ;)

If you haven't checked the code already, that Cyber key goes to Smokescreen, you've got a bunch of his parts in there.

Thanks for the heads up. I haven't gone through any of those parts yet but hopefully will get a chance on Friday and Sunday. Cybertron Crosswise and Smokescreen are always missing those shoulder pylon / door rudder pieces or whatever those are called. Sometimes their doors and arms as well, but I do get those parts im regularly but not those damn door rudder pieces.

It's interesting how patterns start forming regarding commom missing pieces on Transformers toys once you start dealing with them in bulk.

I got a Masterpiece Laserbeak in a recent lot. Nothing in the lot was KO, but I want to make sure that Laserbeak is not a KO. I did get a foot and head from the Classics release of Masterpiece Optimus Prime in the lot, so I'm assuming it's a legit Laserbeak. Just want to make sure. Any tips on how to tell the difference between the two? Or if there are any differences between the Hasbro version and the Takara version? This lot did have a Takara DOTM Voyager Optimus Prime in the lot (which took me a while to figure out which one it was since it was different than the Hasbro version and was the Takara voyager with the trailer, but no trailer or parts in the lot).

The Hasbro version has a very slightly brighter shade of red and a slightly darker silver beak.

The red missile belongs to Beast Machines Ultra class Jetstorm (or one of its two redecos).

Do any of u have the Sam's Club Battle for Cyber Keys Cybertron set with Optimus Prime, Blurr, Longrack, Runamuck and Buzzsaw? All I can find is info that those figures, minus Optimus, came with their standard Cyber keys that had the codes. Yet there is documentation online that the Optimus, which was recolored from standard Cybertron Optimus, just had a red Autobot key with no code. Im starting to think the the other four in this set had keys without codes as well. In my store, I have dozens of each of those figures. I have dozens of autobot and decepticon keys without codes. More so than I should have of either. I didnt realize until recently that the Optimus Prime in that specific set had an Autobot key with no code so it makes me wonder if the others also came with keys without codes. I really want to buy a sealed set so I can confirm, but thought I'd ask all of you first.

Please don't quote TFwiki or TFU.info. I think both might be inaccurate possibly with these since neither mention a variation with the Batlle for Cyber Keys set

Transformerland's entry on the set likewise claims that the keys (sans Optimus's unique one) were unchanged.

I never got the set, myself, since I didn't have access to a Sam's Club at the time of its original release.
