Profile: Athena is the most balanced member of the Team, without the extremes of personality that the others exhibit. She is Spartan’s second-in-command, softening his grim demeanor for the others by acting as his go-between, and is a natural moderator who can always see both sides of a dispute, and looks for the best in those around her.
Abilities: Athena is built for speed. She is fast and nimble in both her robot and alt modes, not built to stand toe-to-toe with an opponent like her male brethren. She uses this agility to good advantage in air to air combat, and is a match for most any of the seeker core in the skies. She is equipped with a pulse laser cannon and the standard array of missiles for air combat, but on the ground prefers to use a photonic spear for close work. This energon-based weapon will penetrate most armor and deliver a jolt capable of knocking all but the most powerful of opponents to their knees.
Athena's jet form, based on the YF-23 fighter is capable of attaining speeds of mach 2.8.
Weaknesses: In her jet form, Athena’s missile’s are launched from racks, one after another. Should one missile malfunction no others can be fired until the jam is cleared.
