Profile: One of the members of the notorious Decepticon Justice Division, Kaon serves as the keeper and maintainer of “the List.” He documents all Decepticons who have transgressed against the Decepticon cause or Megatron and keeps records of their transgressions. He also serves as the group’s communications officer using his particular talents to track down and locate the targets on the List through their energy signatures or otherwise.
Kaon also possesses a partially domesticated turbofox sparkeater, which is simply referred to as the “Pet” by its victims. The Pet serves the justice division primarily through its sparkeater nature, being able to 'sniff' out the nearest spark and lead them to it.
Abilities: A veritable dynamo, Kaon’s entire frame arcs with electricity from the twin Tesla coils mounted on his shoulders. He can channel it through his body and expel it from his hands, capable of incapacitating a foe by electrocuting them with thousands of watts of electricity. In his alternate mode, Kaon can restrain a foe and discharge those thousands of watts directly into the cranial chambers of those who would dare defy Megatron. Of course, this procedure is not always fatal.
Aside from his certain ‘spark’, Kaon has no other weapons. However when Vos transforms into his high-powered sniper rifle alternate mode, the DJD communications officer often wields his comrade or otherwise assists him in helping their victims wear Vos’s face – sometimes with the added assistance of the DJD’s resident ‘sparkchewer’, the Pet. In any case, Kaon is a very dangerous individual on his own.
Weaknesses: Kaon is one of the more dimunuitive members of the DJD and, as such, lacks the durability of some of bulkier members such as Helex or Tesarus, being one of the physically weaker of the DJD.
