If you scroll down there's the Upload attachment tab.

That being said, you're using Photobucket, all you have to do is ...
• View the picture you want to share
• In the "Share Links" column click in the IMG field (or IMG Thumb if you want to use thumbnails linking to a larger image) - this will copy the code to your clipboard.
• Come to the forums and paste the link
