Not really relevant to this thread given Deadpool is Marvel property ...

It's comparing apples to oranges. Deathstroke is a straight-faced ruthless villain, whereas Deadpool is only really a parody of Deathstroke and his focus has always been tongue-in-cheek "LOL So Randum" comedy.

Anyone have thoughts on the new Joker movie with Joaquin Phoenix playing the Clown Prince of Crime?

Has potential. He's automatically going to be better than Jarred Leto.

Over all I like him, but I am having a hard time with him in this role.

Actually Henry doesnt plan on leaving and Warner Bros dont plan to fire him.The only thng between us and a new Superman movie is theirs schedules. We what we knwon there's no Superman movie planned for the next five years, and keeping a contract with Henry Cavill without a movie down the line might be troublesome.
Here is some articles talking about it:

Go see Aquaman if you haven't.Its pretty good.
The visuals and fights are so great looking.
The characters motivations were clear and made sense in the context of the movie.
A fun adventure, they managed to hit most Aquaman's storylines checkboxes into one film!

So while I haven't seen it yet, I'm hearing a lot of early reports that Shazam is amazing.

I saw it last night. While I didn't think it was 'amazing,' it was really good. I definitely recommend it. You'll have fun.

Also, the new Joker trailer is out and looks very promising.

Saw Birds of Prey.If you have seens Suicide Squad, you already have an idea of what to expect of Harley Quinn. The non-linear story telling reminds me of Deadpool, which makes sense since most of time, you're seeing things from Harley's perspective. The violence caught me off guard, but most of fight choreography is good.
I would recommend this movie only if you know what you are getting into.

Any thoughts on the Krypton series? I thought about checking it out but I saw it only has 2 seasons so I wonder if it was ended abruptly or if it wasn't any good.

I haven't managed to watch it yet(not because of lack of interest, just because I just didn't invest the tine),but I trust the Superman homepage reviews:

Well according to that site's summaries, the series ends on a cliffhanger with some unfinished stuff. I hate that.
