UK company fraud - exploiting Covid

Hey folks, long time member here but I do not post as much as I used to through work and travelling. Lurk lots at the toy sightings thread and reading more since the launch of Secrets and Lies.

I had a very bad experience at xmas just prior to Covid and lockdown, the UK company I did work for since 2013 went into administration owing £330,000 in total, meaning I got paid squat over xmas leaving a huge whole in my finances, throw in Covid weeks later this meant I was in a very bad place at the start of the year.

Myself and others owed money have banded together as there are strong indications the director of the company acted improperly and ran up as much debt as possible, knowing he could close the company and write it all off, basically getting myself and others to work our backsides off in the final weeks knowing he never had to pay us anything.

I've put together a series of videos and I'm basically looking for people totally outside of the situation to watch the video to see if they follow it and if it all makes sense and generally get some feedback. You probably know when you're heavily involved in a situation it's easy to gloss over details or say something assuming who you are telling will understand what you mean or get the reference.

If you could give my video a watch and let me know your thoughts I'd be very grateful.

Thanks

Simon

Sorry I should add the exploiting Covid part is that the UK government have relaxed the laws around insolvency meaning what happened to me in December here is now even easier for companies to do and sets a worry precedent for what a business can do if the owners want to walk away with a lot of the money scot free and the expense of all of their suppliers and workers.
