Short answer: No.

More involved answer: No, because then they would have two transforming toy lines and it would effectively compete with itself. If there is any new Gobots fiction, it will be firmly nestled within the Transformers continuity. This has been explored a small number of times, what with the eHobby G1 GoBots pack (released 2004), the establishment of the name "Go-Bots" across a number of characters, sub-groups, and sub-lines, and several toys or publications that make nods to Go-Bots characters (Megatron killing Cy-Kill is a recurring theme.) To make things even more convoluted, Tonka is the company that originally created the Go-Bots franchise, which was subsequently bought by Hasbro in the early 90s. However, many of the original Go-Bot toys were imported from the Machine Robo line, which is owned by Bandai. If Hasbro were to invest in a full cartoon, they would want toys to go with it--but then you run into rights ownership problems, as well as the before-mentioned issue of the company becoming its own competitor.

The most Go-Bot stuff you'll see for the time being are occasional references within Transformers material, as well as the IDW comic mini-series that ran last year.

Sorry.
