It's surreal seeing X-Wings and TIE Fighters and the Millenium Falcon with modern CG and all. I mean, I feel like I should be desensitized to them, but... but, whoa, I think I need to sit down for a little.
*breathes*
I guess I was also expecting new vehicles instead. We got new villain, new evil gimmicky lightsaber, new R2 ball thing, even the Stormtrooper uniform is updated, then BAM! Old spaceships!

I understand that's it's only a teaser, but it was still rather lackluster. I loved seeing the Falcon, but that's about it. I wanted character shots. Maybe the face of the new Sith? New trailer will probably hit in the summer sometime. >:oP

I want there to be a scene involving a Y-wing where they're talking about it like it's the last of the great V8's like in Mad Max

Oh yes. J.J. Abrams strikes again. Honestly, though, they could have gotten someone much worse.

Too early to judge. Btw, the original Clone troopers were "clones" of Jango Fett. That would make Bobba Fett also siblings to the Clone Troopers. What about the Imperial Storm Troopers? Were they still clones or conscripts? My knowledge of SW is limited.

Early Storm troopers were the remaining clones, however by the time of a New Hope they were mostly conscripts and volunteers. That's why there were lady Storm troopers and much later, Alien ones; granted that's all part of the Expanded Universe, so as far as J.J Abrams is concerned that never happened.

 It will be edited 6 or 7 times before it hits theaters. I did like having a lot more TIE fighters going against the Falcon.

On an almost entirely different note: is anyone on here following Star Wars Rebels? What do you make of it?

This reminds me: in case you didn't know, the studios have made a good move and fired Roberto Orci from Star Trek 3. His replacement is Justin Lin from the Fast and Furious movies. Not my 1st choice, but still better than Orci.

It's total utter crap and I couldn't give two hoots about the characters. They're boring, bland, and replaced a damn good cast and series which was already in its stride.

I don't agree on the first part, but definitely on the second and third. Clone Wars was pretty well good.
Might have to go rewatch it in chronological order.

Clone Wars started off slow (as most shows do) but by the end they were pumping out some fantastic stories. You really came to like characters like Ahsoka who were unique to the show and now we have no idea what happens to her.

These Rebels? Couldn't care less about them. They've been shoved down our throats and we're expected to just like it. Nope. **** you Disney, **** you. Give us our Wild Hogs sequel.
