Soul Eater was awesome, I just don't like the ending.
So pushing through bleach a bit more, and I'm at the part were they are having a war for the fake karakura town.
They did this little substory about what happened in the soul society like 1000 years ago, and was by far the most interesting thing they've done imo, and even then it highlights the fact that the bad guy came from literally nowhere with zero foreshadowing, like this was needed or something to further establish him, meanwhile Grimmjow is just chillin in hueco mundo, probably found himself a scratching post or something...

Ditto. That ending was literally a stock Disney ending, did they mix up some scripts at a writer's convention??

Yeah I didn't like the ending either. Another thing I was also disappointed in was the Death fight. I was expecting an epic fight that made the cool fights earlier in the series look weak. That didn't really happen

This past week i did a rewatch of G Gundam :) I've always had a weak spot for it because it's so different, and because the story and drama are deeper than they appear.

G Gundam is actually in my top five gundam series, with some of my favourite designs to boot.

Currently I'm slowly going through black cat, not a bad little show just a tad predictable. On the manga side of things I'm really only up to date with Fairy Tail and, because I hate myself, Bleach.

I quit Bleach ages ago.

I'm really liking Aquarion Logos. I just wish it was dubbed so I can read the subs for the kanji without worrying about missing dialogue, or vise versa. Love the combinations they keep coming up with. Some of them give a good laugh.

Also, I recently finally purchased Gun Sword from Amazon via S.A.V.E. Wow they have a lot of series available under $20. :michaelbay:

I feel like I should of left when aizen was beat or at the very least, after ichigo got his powers back. But as I said, I hate myself, hence I continue. However I have found a new love, My Hero Academia. I blitzed it this past weekend getting up to date and I love it to pieces. On anime side, been watching Fate Zero on American Netflix, god bless proxy servers!

Eveything Key makes is a heart wrenching experience. And I keep coming back for more.

Also, I miss the localized uncensored anime by Japanime (by Larry Flynt),Kittymedia and Anime18. Especially the high quality ones like Bibleblack, Words worth. Pandra would be awesome without the mosaics.

I've been rewatching Neon Genesis Evangelion. Most recent episode I watched was 12.

It's funny, because despite being well known as being one of the most uniquely and brilliantly disturbing pieces of fiction ever made (hello, Episode 22) in the middle of its run it's an absolute laugh a minute- like, funnier than most self-professed comedies. Asuka's unrepentant bitchiness and Misato's drunken antics in particular are especially hilarious. Though I do feel sorry for poor, poor Shinji being stuck with the Red Menace.

Oh boy. I get the feeling the descent arc is gonna hit me hard after all this lunacy.

I'm one of those people who greatly prefer rahxephon to Eva. I don't dislike Eva as much as I did back then but i prefer the more innocent first half.

Looking to be a good anime season so far, already got the new macross series in my sights along with the anime adaption of my hero academia.

I had to re-watch Durarara! so I could watch Durarara!x2. Now I'm waiting to watch season 3 of x2 dubbed because there is no way I can follow the story subbed as I am only familiar with the English voices. As it is I'll probably have to re-watch the first two seasons of x2 before I watch season 3 to refresh my memory, and I'll probably find myself watching the first series all over again before that to make sure I remember everything. But the show is so good I don't mind at all. 8-}

Psycho-Pass was awesome, but season 2 should have been twice as long. Characterization suffered and that hurt the overall effect of story.

I think I'm almost finished with my first watch-through of Durarara. I'm really enjoying it so far and can't wait to get into x2

Does anyone have any comments on The Devil Is A Part-Timer? Netflix keeps suggesting it to me because I watched Soul Eater, but I've never actually heard anything about it. The concept seems interesting enough and the rating is almost 5 stars, but I just don't want to waste my time. lol

I haven't looked into it. I just finished my month with Netflix so I'll have to wait until the next TV season break (and Daredevil season 2 drop) for my next stint.

Nice avatar, by the way. ;)^

I watched Charlotte, Gakusen Toshi Asterisk, Dance with devils, Star Mu and these animes were too awesome. The endings were also good.
Right now I am watching Bungou Stray Dogs and Sakamoto desu ga?. These are pretty good animes. If you are a fan of fantasy/supernatural power anime then Arata Kangatari is a must watch.

Sorry to be a stickler but the new voltron isn't anime as it's American made. It's not like the firs Voltron series which was just GoLion dubbed and edited (along with another one I forget the name of).

So yeah its just an American cartoon like Avatar or Gravity Falls.

I just finished watching Gundam AGE, took me about a month or so with some breaks in between.
Overall it was enjoyable, with some very noticeable inspiration from the UC timeline designs. Ofcourse some standard things occurred that happen a lot in Gundam.
It is a refreshing idea to have the series take place over several generations, though it did mean that the phases in each main characters' run were a lot shorter than usual.

The Devil is a Part Timer? is a pretty good anime. I highly recommend you to watch it if you have not already.

The only anime ive been watching is Jojo here lately, anyone keeping up with part 4? I really want to read the manga now, it's a lot of fun, plus the intros/outros are all really good.

I kinda miss Roundabout though, it was the best outro song they used, that song is awesome. Having never read the manga, the anime is a treat, and all the references to old bands/albums is pretty great. After a while you look at every character trying to find something that could be a reference.

Like Akira Otoishi, and his Stand, Red Hot Chili Pepper. His theme in the game has a guitar riff from Cant Stop in it as well, which is pretty awesome.

I want to get into jojo but it's finding the time. I've checked out all the intros and loved them all and it looks like it's right up my street tastes wise.
