So Baltmatrix has his review of brawl up, and despite my believing that brawl couldn't be any worse, his somehow is, poor guy - he has my luck with getting figs with qc issues. I think waiting for the retail release - or even the uw release to see if he gets fixed is the best course of action.

Anybody complain/inquire about this with hasbro? I know we can't wait 'til botcon to bring this up because ramhorn will have been ruined by that point

All of the pins on his are loose, some to the point of falling out - not necessarily a design flaw, but a major issue nonetheless. Some on here have said the pins/joints are loose, and optibotimus had a similar issue; guess the force is strong with you, as you lucked out with yours.

I think I did too. The waist is a tiny bit loose, but it stays in place if I pick him up and even if I shake him. Maybe there's bad QC because he's a new mold and if they reuse it tthey'll fix some of his issues. That's what happened with Blades and Vortex as far as I could tell, the pegs didn't plug in as horribly tightly on them as they did on Alpha Bravo the Almighty.

Yeah, as it stands, I might wait for onslaught and brawl (the neck problem on onslaught, the first reviewer also has the neck issue) for a (much) later release. But I will be getting Swindle as soon as he's instock somewhere

Are those instructions on matte paper, because Shockwave's are. Is that their new thing? I think I might prefer them this way. Not that it matters much, they get tossed in the same drawer either way.

They're supposed to rotate up 90 degrees to set them apart from defensor, the chest shield even tabs in on the shoulders when you put them in that configuration.

Also, finally got the chance to sit down and begin watching the entirety of the review... When you demonstrated how Combiner Wars Onslaught is capable of wielding Generation One Onslaught's weapon, I literally just bought one online like two minutes ago solely for that purpose. For six bucks, I'd say it's one of the best investments I've made!

Though now I'm slightly mad at myself because once it gets here, it will literally be the closest thing to a vintage Generation One toy I'll own...
