I got Blurr, Scourge and Shockwave with Lokos today. They are ok, except Scourge. Headmaster is floppy EVERYWHERE (small head/kneck joint, mini-fig legs in bot mode and head mode), plus one of the leg panels/stabiliser fins under the alt-mode is so floppy, it can't stay up. I will need to pour varnish over the joint (it's a sodding pin joint, which makes no sense for something so small...).
If your Scourge head/neck is wobbly/pops out as much as mine, a simple fix is to turn the mini-fig's head to the side and pop it in the hole. However, the neck is still really wibbly-wobbly...

After this, it seemed easier to "click" it into the correct postion for a table head (with the kneck facing backwards, but the postion moved a bit forwards in the neck area, in order for it to make a strong "click" noise).
