Animated Wreck-Gar bio

-This is Wreck-Gar! He dares to be stupid!
-Wreck-Gar is only good for one thing... garbage!
-He's here to help

BIO
He's not a bad guy-- just a little screwy. Born of man's garbage (and a little alien energy), Wreck-Gar is good for only one thing-- garbage! He's quite proud of this fact, transforming from lovable and oblivious robot to a sensible garbage truck. Best known for spouting catchphrases and trying to be a nice guy, he now fights in Detroit along with-- and against-- the visiting Autobots and Decepticons. Wreck-Gar just wants to be a hero, so put down your chainsaw today and let him join in the fight!

Yeah, more homage to the song, than to his G1 persona.

I like the G1 Wreckgar better. I mean his personality. He's smart and resourceful. Have leadership quality too.

TFA Wreckgar is so dumb.

I don't care for his "persona", but I think his garbage truck alt mode will make for a cool toy, and that's all I care about.

Animated episode, "Garbage In, Garbage Out" star Wreck-Gar's package bio has been shared by 'Animated Grimlock', who happened to locate it on Entertainment Earth's product page for the upcoming Wreck-Gar toy.

Wreck-Gar got one of the better bio write ups than most of the other TF:A characters. Poor Blitzwing would be envious of a bio like that.

*bitter about the half-aft bios TF:A toy packages have been sporting*
In a place such as this, you are the perfect prey for a brest animal!

OK...as a Weird Al fan, I thought that was just hilarious. "Put down your chainsaw..." priceless!

Now, for everyone poo-pooing the bio...please take out whatever large inanimate object is crammed up your backsides and LIGHTEN UP! This character was obviously meant to be a funny, lovable kind of guy...so look at him as such. He isn't G1...he isn't MEANT to be G1...and honestly, the G1 guy was stupid too! And one other thing...THIS IS A KIDS TOY, not an adult toy. We get Binaltech and Universe, let the kids have the Animated.

Now...who ordered the tequilla shots?
It finally happened. The Chicago Cubs won the World Series. Yes, I cried.

Its kind of like Basic Instinct, but not in a good way...

Only time will tell, it does sound odd, with those powers.

In just over a year, he had 3 posts and one of them was THAT?

Yikes

As for the Wreck Gar character, he was actually voiced by Weird Al himself so that's why you're seeing more Weird Al "dare to be stupid" in the character than the original version.

If we get a cool toy, I'm all for it.

I totally forgot about this character

I'm looking forward to a figure of him. Again. I was then but, seeing as to the fact that I heard NOTHING about it, I'm glad someone here has info on it.

Now, pics forthcoming?
