Ok this may not be done by me but it's something to consider, Last night I was looking at my E Starscream and I happen to glance over at my Alt's.
Now I know A lot of the Alt seeker makers (TfMaster included) used a modded Sliverstreak head.
Then I looked at Windcharger, A few basic changes (Remove the visor, fill in the chin detailing, paint the eyes and sand down the anglular lines on the forward part of the head/helmet making it flater and you have a very likeable Seeker head.
It's almost to obvious to miss the head is 90% close to a Seeker head.

Ye gads!!!! He's dead right!

that's why I used him for Swoop, if you look at G1 swoop he has so many similar features to the seekers it's not even funny
